They will charge you unfairly you can get a tow 24/7 but you have to get it out by 330pm or they just charge you extra. They
Also charge 4 % if you use a card and claim they can only take cash if towed from Long Beach. Do yourself a favor do not use this business. Don’t be fooled by their advertisements or the fake reviews posted by friends, family, and people who work there save yourself the agitation and aggression

They charged me storage for the day my truck arrived even though that area is closed at 4:00pm and my truck got towed there after 6:00pm. How can you charge storage for a day when I couldn't retrieve my truck because of the yard being closed before my truck arrived? When I picked up my truck the following day (as soon as they were open) I was charged a $25 storage fee when my truck wasn't even there for 14hrs and it would have only been there for 20min had they been open at the time my truck was brought in. They would only accept cash (obviously to cheat on their taxes) which is probably something that should have been mentioned when I called either on the day it was towed or the following morning when I called for to ask how much it would cost to pick it up. It's a big scam and what they do should be considered illegal. They are working with the city of longbeach both to take advantage of people whom are already in a compromising situation. Shame on you.
Shady business operations. Will try to extort you and claim they “only take cash for any towing out of Long Beach.” This is absolutely not true and is my assumption that they say this to avoid taxes and keep a lot of their transactions off the books. Additionally, their lot is only open until 3:30 pm. They can tow 24 hours a day but I can’t pick up my car past 3:30 pm? Interesting. Another way to rack up charges. Do yourself a favor and don’t have your vehicle towed here. And don’t fall for the cash only!!
I unfortunately needed a tow yesterday. I had the most pleasant driver ever. His name is Lamont. He was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous & so very pleasant. I highly recommend this company, they will take the stress out of your problem .they are a no nonsense company. I also spoke to the dispatcher Anthony, wo was ever so honest.
My husband just picked up his car from this hell hole where it had been stuck for over 2 weeks. He immediately realized that somebody had rolled down the passenger side window - and LEFT it down the entire time, apparently. It was left open long for mold to form, not to mention the seat being soaked thru and thru, as well as all of our belongings which had been sitting on it. When he mentioned this, he was immediately and irately told that if he made a "big deal about it" he would not be able to take his car home that day because it would force them to open an investigation to look into the matter which isn't something we could afford to do considering we'd already been without a vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. On top of this, just as another example of how little professionalism was on display, there was a vape pen missing and when we went to pay they basically forced us to tip them because apparently, they make it a habit to not make change for anyone because they expect you to always have the exact amount if you are paying in cash for some reason. Just an overall terrible experience, they really seem to not care about the vehicles in their care at all (overhead another customer frantically asking for help because nobody was able to find her car after she'd already been to another location and was now being told that it wasn't here, either? SMH) and really just seem to treat their customers with very little respect or concern for the entire ordeal that they are already undergoing, having their cars towed etc. If you have ANY choice in the matter, I recommend that you DO NOT go with these guys.
I gotta give this place five stars! Lamont, at the front desk, was a lifesaver & helped us navigate our vehicle safely. The brakes gave out on our van when we started to leave, and he made sure that we got it parked safely for the tow truck! Very thankful that he was there. Thank you! ? Now, nobody ever wants to get their car towed, but if it does get towed.. this is the place! Thank you Lamont!!!
Just had the worst experience in my life with the truck driver name Mario Z from all county Towing .
When he pulled up, the first thing he said was “ why you spent so much money on a junk like this?” I told him that my muffler fell off. He proceeded to tell me to move the car to align it with the tow truck bed . While i was moving the car, he asked me if i was drunk ? I asked him why would he ask me that ? His answer was that he has to get underneath the car and i am coming from a party, I may have been drinking . I told him that it would have been best for him to drive the car if he had anny doubt and that I find his questioning insulting , since i am coming from a funeral not a party .
He immediately got in the truck and left and said he does not need any aggravation. He was definitely under the influence.
Dead battery. Ivan P. responded. My battery was still under warranty. Ivan replaced old battery with new one. Ivan apologized for slight delay in arriving. He was courteous, professional. Best AAA assistance I've ever had.
Have a monopoly in long beach. Be very careful when dealing with any individual related to this company. Every word you say adds up in dollars.

Tow truck driver by the name of Henderson was sent to assist with my flat tire. First he arrived within 10 mins. In the past with other AAA calls I’ve had to wait up to 2 hours. Second, he was super nice immediately as he exited his vehicle. He promptly put air in my tire & suggested I follow him to a close by tire shop where they were able to plug my tire and send me on my way. Excellent customer service!!! He made an unpleasant issue on my day off not to unbearable.
I requested roadside assistance from AAA and Daniel from All County was sent to my rescue! He came very quickly despite AAA accidentally canceled my roadside assistance request the first time. I called AAA and they reprocessed my request and Daniel came quickly. I’m so very thankful for his help and he was very nice and quick in getting us back on the road. I don’t know about other negative reviews as I can only speak to my experience and I was very thankful for their service.
Called to get a tow. They insisted I needed PD or to sign a contract with them for exclusive towing rights. Found another company to do it while listening to them explain how to get a contract. Felt shady, based 99% of their "advice" on LB towing policies and wouldn't listen to anything about regular Nassau county towing regs.
Update: I was called literally hours after my review by a woman with a very aggressive attitude. No doubt in my mind, she wanted to berate me into taking down or changing my review. So glad I never did business with them! Would give negative stars if I could!
The best body shop around. I have been going to them for the past 15 years. Not only do I go to them, but all my family and friends go to them as well. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. They always do the right thing and go above and beyond to make things right. It’s a great feeling to leave your car and know it’s taken care of and you will get it back in better shape then they way you brought it. Highly recommend!!!!

Worst towing experience of my life. Arrogant, unprofessional and stupid. My husband had to pull up utube to show him how to get my car into neutral. Can you believe this came from Mercedes of RVC. Left me on the road until 1:30 am. They need to be investigated by DMV n better business. I will be making sure Mercedes drops them from there list or I will be dropping Mercedes.

Bunch of sleeze bags. RIP OFF, very unprofessional ! I filled my tank right before my accident, barely drove 5 mins. I didn't realize until after i got my car back from the bodyshop that they siphoned ALL the gas from my car. my tank was on E and the light was on.
Stay clear of this company!! Very rude, unprofessional & will rip you off quicker than you can blink your eye! They need to be investigated by a DMV inspector!
This is the worst place I ever been to. When you conduct business it is suppose to be family oriented especially when it pertains to your vehicle. I will definitely not suggest doing business with this company!!!
