Stopped and looking to replace one of my windshield wipers and was helped by one of the gentleman working. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for with multiple options and then came out and installed it on my vehicle. Very convenient and very thankful for their help.
i rushed to get out of work and be here before 6pm but then after driving 30 minutes to the store and get there at exactly 5:29 only to find a sign on the door saying they close at 5:30 thursday and friday with the door locked. i even tried to call the store and no answer. if the hours online were fixed correctly it would’ve saved a lot of time and stress.
Being in the automotive business for 25 yrs, I ran into a situation that no matter what parts store I called or visited they could not help. I stopped by the Macedon Napa for a final try, and without hesitation the staff tag team'd my problem and after a short 15 minutes I had half the correct parts I have been trying to find. The staff than made sure I could successfully get everything else I needed at the Ontario Napa. Within an hr, I was back in business. Thank You Napa Staff !! Keep up the great customer service.
Definitely my go-to place after buying out Mr Auto. Some of the same staff and friendly familiar faces. Always very knowledgeable, great customer service. Delivery is a plus. Work with these guys multiple times a week and they never let us down
