Excellent auto parts, I just installed very good Performance.

Buyer beware! Bought pads and rotors but had to return and they charged me $71 for shipping and the parts cost $76! No where in the return policy did it say that would happen! I would have kept them and sold them myself! Will never use them again! I find that very aggravating!

Buyer beware. If I could give _Stars I would!!!! I ordered a Front rotor brake kit from them, shipping was good but when I opened the box no brake pads. This company sales front brake kits for around 60-70 dollars. So when I called them for the pads they absolutely refused to send the pads that are supposed to come with the kit. Now I have two rotors for the price of the whole kit.

Ordered through Amazon for a set in only received the brake pads but nothing else . Tried to explain to the women on the phone I only got one package she told me to wait to see if fedex showed up clearly didn’t listen to anything I said … so I’m hoping they make it right an give me my money back or send the part ..

Bought a brake rotor kit, and fronts didnt match what was advertised. Rears were installed as good and these guys refuse to exchange the incorrect parts for correct ones. Read down this list and see lots of other irritated customers. Jacky is especially a very unhelpful person. Beware....

Company did not ship product when they said they would. I reached out to the company AFTER the date it should have arrived and asked them to cancel as product as it has not left their facility yet. They stated they are still shipping the product and I will have to pay to ship it back and wait for a refund! Needed the part to fix my mom’s vehicle. Will not purchase through them in the future

Worst customer service and returns my mother and I have ever had to deal with in my life. They gave us a run around, made it impossible to return, receive credit for, or swap my part for the correct one. They have made the process extremely difficult to get a representative and when we do make contact over email it’s dismissive and unhelpful. Don’t buy from them.

Had to do a return which turned into a complete nightmare. The return policies are absolutely horrible. If your thinking of ordering from these folks and have to have it shipped a distance and there is the possibility of a return, do not order from this company/distributor what so ever. You will regret it... And really poor customer service as well. Response to below response from "owner": The whole point of my frustrations was specifically the poor policies and hence poor customer service. The idea that you took the time to respond to my review and completely skip over that issue is pretty poor class of you, just so you can try and save face and not admit your company has greedy, poor return policies. Tsk, Tsk again poor class and business ethics. Don't buy from this company if you are expecting fair policies for returns... I will redact my statement if I am refunded the money I had to pay for shipping and handling to return the parts. Food for thought.

It was funny how I discovered this awesome kit that I bought on E Bay. A mechanic shop worker who has a 2004 BMW 330CI convertible (the model is the same, but mine is a coupe and 2005) and the first one bought this Front & Rear Performance Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors & Ceramic Pads Kit and he told me: this is fabulous , very sporty buy it, before I had some semi-metallic pads and if I washed my car today, two days later my rims were totally dirty due to brake dust. I bought them and they look super cool, I painted the calipers red again and after a week I ran my finger through the calipers, it's like for ripley, it's unbelievable absolutely no dust the only thing I noticed is that they squeak a little but for me it's nothing. Thank you for this wonderful product, at a great price it looks spectacular, super sporty and I give you 5 huge gold stars!

Good site for parts. Didn't have everything I needed so I had to source them elsewhere. Quality products from what I could see upon installation. My biggest complaints are: 1. Original arrival date changed when the shipment was picked up by UPS. Supposed to arrive on a Friday, changed to Monday after the 2nd day in transit. 2. Boxes were very thin and some of the parts I purchased had ripped through. Had to inspect everything upon arrival. Would recommend better packaging from the warehouse.

Great prices. Had all of our parts within 3 days. Everything worked out wonderfully!

If I could give them a zero I would. We ordered pads and rotors. The parts didn’t fit so I shipped them back. We had to pay the shipping and a deduction of 15% from the total of $200. I have been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks. They refused to give my refund back and refused to send me the correct parts. They’re claiming that the parts were received in “damaged” condition. They’ve sent me pictures of the pads and rotors. There’s scratches of paint missing on the break pad and rotor. They’re claiming it’s the couriers problem not theirs. And the courier is saying that it’s Prime Choice/Auto Shacks problem. The courier I used helped me package everything. So why is it my fault that these parts were damaged? The supposedly “supervisor” isn’t professional at all. He never tried to see if he could make this right. All he could say is .....I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do for you. I even asked him if it’s not my problem or your problem or even the couriers problem these parts are damaged who’s problem is it? I also asked him to send me back the parts and what he going to do with the damaged parts? He said he’s not sure where the parts are and he doesn’t know. I’m sure they will file a claim and get their money back on these parts. It’s the same as getting a part that’s defective and they will send you another one. So we are out of $200 plus we still don’t have any parts. My suggestion......DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Prime Choice/AutoShack!!

Bought the wrong rotors for my car, opened one, never attempted to install, I sent them back right away for a refund. In the timespan of about 7 days they're accusing me of causing this tiny rust spot on the rotor I NEVER OPENED and I'm not getting my money back because of a defect that existed when I received the product. I understand that policies must be followed but this has lead to a terrible experience for me with this company, when all I did was receive a product and ship it right back. Truly ridiculous.

Ordered rear wheel hubs order came faster than expected and parts worked great. And the price wa's fantastic. Made my second order with Prime Choice for there vented slotted brake rotors and ceramic pads, can't believe how low there prices are and the service is top notch. Placed my order on a Friday received them on Tuesday. Good parts great prices and fast service what more could you ask for.

I haven’t gotten the parts put in yet, but so far they look great. Shipping was fast and I was really impressed how well they were packed for shipping. Definitely extra care so no damage. I will definitely order from this company again.

Ordered struts for both front and rear. They arrived very quick and were exact match of the ones I took off. Went on great and so far so good. I really like the way the car sits! Very nice! Also the handling is great!! Thank you for the great price and delivering product as promised!!

I ordered a set of wheel bearings on a Tuesday night and received them on Friday. My experience was amazing! The products were exactly what I needed for my vehicle for a fraction of the cost at the local auto parts store. I even priced the parts and the price was half of the cost than the used auto parts dealer. I will always use this company and want others toknow about my great experience. Thanks Prime Choice!

I forgot the time frames but remembered being worried that my money was history. It took a little longer get than expected to receive the parts. An expected e-mail concerning the order confirmation was slow being sent. Hey the price was low! Too good to be true? But, the parts arrived! A bit later than expected, but it was worth the wait. Time will tell if the parts have lasting quality,or if the lifetime warranty was worth the twenty bucks extra. So far, I'm a happy driver. The breaks and rotors have been functioning functioning good. I recommended them to friends.

I bought some parts for my boyfriend from here because they were cheaper than other places. It was simple and the shipping was super quick. When he decided to return them we had no problem with customer service answering our questions, but we ended up speaking to head management in order to get a free shipping label.

Was the best deal on my radiator! Shipping was fast, and the quality of the product seems great. It fit great with no modifications. I installed out a month ago and have had no problems so far. Would recommend.

I placed an order, my son bought the same thing locally sip we could finish the job faster. I called customer service and explained the situation and that I didn't need 2 radiators. The said they would cancel the order no problem and issue a full refund. Very helpful, understanding and friendly.

All my experiences have been excellent. Parts have all been good quality and very good prices. I've ordered quite a few brake rotors and pads, and pad/rotor sets, A number of front suspension parts and suspension kits, a couple of head light units, a radiator, and prob more I'm not thinking of at the moment. I had one problem with the wrong part in the right box but it was handled quickly with no hassle what so ever. I plan on doing plenty more business with them in the future.

This was such an incredibly easy transaction! The customer service was phenomenal, the price was extremely reasonable, and the shipping was fast and efficient. Ordered full pad and rotor set for my Hyundai, not only did I like the fact that it was free shipping that came relatively quick and it was packed the right way. The price seemed to good to be true at first but they honored their price.(paid under $120 for set) the quality is compared to auto zone advanced auto parts...etc. very satisfied customer and you will always have my business. Ordered several sets of brake rotors/pads from Primesource and they have refused to honor their "lifetime" warranty. Location on Ebay listed the location as New York but where shipped from Canada which is a clear misrepresentation of where this product was initially located. These rotors/pads caused calipers to hang which ruined calipers on both vehicles and also caused vibrations. Would have preferred buying auto parts in the U.S. because Canada's Quality/Specs may not be the same as in the U.S seeing as all parts from Primesource where faulty. New brakes that where installed from Autozone function correctly and have not caused any premature part failure as Primesource parts did. Have also not responded via emails i have sent requesting why my return was declined or how i go about returning these to the manufacturer.

Always get what I order and in a timely fashion. Been ordering from them for several years. Never had a problem with "wrong" parts but then I do my research and make sure I'm ordering the correct part and part# for the job I have. So far their prices have been the best and the quality of parts matches any other retailers"low cost" parts. Dont expect to pay a minimum price and get high cost parts. You get what you pay for.

I ordered a complete brake pad and rotor set for my vehicle from here because of great price. But, I also received a great hassle. First, I got only half my order. 2 rotors were missing. E-mailed a complaint but with no response. I called them. Received a very long silence on the phone, not even on hold, just silence while associate tried to figure out the problem. He said they never got the email because the system was down. Asked for correct rotors and pads for the front. But got another 2 rear rotors! It took a over a month to get the right parts! They asked me if I would like UPS or FedEx to return. I requested FedEx with two labels. They emailed me a UPS return and 1 label. So, I needed to pay for a box from UPS! I won't order from here again.
