I was on vacation, pulling a camper, and staying in Piseco this past week. The fan clutch seized on my GMC Yukon XL so I called and ordered one from O’Conner. The correct part arrived when they said it would (a rarity nowadays). And when I went to go pick it up I asked if they had a large adjustable wrench I could purchase (being at a campground with limited tools in my truck). And instead of selling me a new adjustable, I was offered the correct fan clutch wrench from their own personal tool box - TO BORROW! Got the job done asap and brought the wrench back an hour later. I was so impressed by their good will, i wanted to write a review. Seriously awesome gesture to help an out of town motorist. Thank you!
Wow! These guys were so great and helpful. We were driving through the mountains and our engine light came on. They checked it all out (in the rain, no less) and assured us that it would be OK to drive for now. Also recommended a great restaurant down the street, where we could eat and wait out the rain a bit). Thank you Mike!
Our truck decided that it would completely fail. It had a dead battery, once charged it could not even see the key fob. We called O'Connor and arranged to have the truck towed from Indian Lake. They were able to quickly find the issue and repair it. The truck required special programming. They got it to the facility and back quickly! They then found that the starter had also failed. They replaced it without delay. The shop went above and beyond in repairing our truck at a very reasonable price with great communication! Thanks!!
Had to fix my dad's car which is a make I am not familiar with. When I screwed up and got the wrong part (twice) these guys took the part back and didn't laugh me out of the shop. Great to have an auto parts place in LP and even better that they are helpful.
Needed some electrical work fixed that I caused and they made the car drivable immediately and got me an appointment for a full fix before we had to hit the road for home. No bull, just slight ribbing for my car ignorance!!
Had a truck issue this past weekend when camping in the area, and these guys saved my weekend (and got the family home safe). Great people, great service.
We stopped here the Friday before Independence Day after we blew a camper tire on the way to camping in Piseco. They replaced our tire in under an hour, squeezing us in on a holiday weekend. I hope we don’t need their services again, but I highly recommend them!

Can’t say enough great things about the folks at O’Connor Auto group on Lake Pleasant. We came in from Massachusetts for a family trip on Lake Pleasant when our car transmission went. The folks at OConnors were a huge help to us and very kind to top off the great service.
My sister just informed me that she had some issues with her car a few years ago and they were a huge help to her as well.
So thankful to know this place is a close hop to the vacation place we have been coming for 3 generations. Highly recommend!!!

I was on my way to green lakes state park with my family, when my alternator failed on the big hill just outside of lake pleasant. This was the only auto shop in area and I had just enough power to get to it. When I got there the guy gave me a free diagnostic check and found it was my alternator. The guy was nice enough to work on my car for the weekend. He had to drive to another town to get my alternator, but the fact that he was willing to do so really Meant a lot to me. He allowed us to stay in the car/ lot until our ride got there, which was nice because we had to wait 4 hours to get a ride home. But that following Monday I was able to pick it up and it was surprisingly affordable. They also sell other vehicle products there! This was an incredibly lucky situation with an incredibly kind company, and crew! I recommend them for sure!!! I am so appreciative of your willingness for everything you did!
We showed up one minute before close with a busted sidewall. They still brought us in, found us a new tire, and swapped the new front one with a back tire so we could drive home. Thank you guys. We would have been stranded without you.
Relatedly, don't every buy Goodyear tires.
They fit me in on the same day I called for a state inspection. When I had my snow tires put on in December at another garage, I had a good look at the brakes and knew they were getting near the time to be changed soon. They told me it was time and they still fit me in on the same day to change the brakes and do the inspection. That saved me another trip to a garage. And to top it off, I thought the fee they charged was very reasonable. I intend to do business with them again.
We had a tire blow out on our way home on a Sunday afternoon (no spare on my AWD Sienna). I was able to get ahold of these guys on an after hours emergency number though the local sheriff. They towed the van to the shop and we were able to find lodging. Had us back on the road by Monday afternoon. They charged a fair price and the work was done right. They even picked me up from the motel where I was staying with my family. Great experience. Very professional.
Was on vacation 2 weeks ago in the Speculator New York area Adirondacks with not many garages around and our air conditioning failed in our Chevy Tahoe O'Connor's Automotive worked me in quickly to recharge the coolant in the system and pressure-tested fortunately it got us home with comfortable cool air for the seven-hour trip back to Malvern PA unfortunately the year failed again within 3 days all I can find the problem was that it needed a new condenser thank you O'Connor's for at least helping us to get home comfortably in the hot weather that weekend
Great service at a fair price! Traveling in from out of town I had a loud screeching noise coming from left rear of 2009 Sienna and was concerned that it was unsafe and/or becoming more expensive with every mile driven. Despite needing new rotors, calipers, and pads, (it’s like 2 hours from anywhere up here, so I imagine it takes a while to get em) the job was done in a day. And the price was more than reasonable for that much work. I will trust these guys from now on, and recommend them highly!
Tyler at O'Connor's went out of his way to resolve an issue to ensure we got our U-Haul truck by the time we needed it!! He was timely and very efficient with keeping us informed during the process!! These times of dealing with the covid-19 virus can be challenging for sure for businesses and employees for sure. Thank you Tyler for meeting that challenge for us!!

While up at camp I was about to leave late in the afternoon however my truck was leaking oil and transmission fluid. I was able to drive it down to their shop and they were closed but there was still 2 men at the store. Instead of turning me away they came out and greeted me. I told them what was going on and they said they could get to it in the morning. The next day they called me like they said with what was wrong and they ordered parts. In less than 24 hours they fixed my truck and had me back on the road. And the benefit it even ended up costing a lot less than I had expected and they didn’t try to take advantaged of the situation, knowing they were my only option. Great place and staff!
My boat trailer broke down. I was on vacation and these guys helped me get back on the road. They were super friendly and their prices were great. They were even able to tow my boat trailer to their shop. Super happy!
Best automotive shop in this whole region, i was on vacation in Indian lake and unfortunately my car broke down, I asked all the locals where to bring my Jeep and they recommended O'connors over anyone else. They were helpful and polite over the phone and worked with my extended service warranty. Look no where else, this is the shop you should choose

Our RV's wheel bearings blew out on Rt. 8 while we were 200 miles from home. We had it towed to O'Connors and the next morning they were able fix our problem and get us on our way with minimal cost. I highly recommend this business.
