My car was "impounded" while being driven by someone else and after they told me to call back in 30 minutes they will no longer answer the 24 hour line or call me back after leaving messages. They also refused to tow it to my home bc they "didn't have gas". Left my car in Lima even though their office is in Henrietta? I'm so frustrated. This is a huge waste of my time and all I need is the key. (At this time it's been 24 hours now)
They kept me waiting for 4 hours on an AAA tow call, said they called three times to reach me (they called twice within a minute), and when I expressed outrage at their cavalier attitude said "well, we just won't help you - I don't like the way you talk to us" and then lectured me on how to treat service people (which evidently includes those who are untruthful and incompetent). Arrogance and lack of service seems to be their business practice. How they manage to stay in business is a mystery. Avoid at all costs.

My father used these guys to have his vehicle towed and asked the kid who they sent witch was only about 18 not too try starting the vehicle because it has a gas leak and he was really snotty about it and did it anyway left a huge leak behind and didn’t bother to clean or cover it before leaving.
That is not fair for someone to hold on to somebody else property I showed proof that my 2006 Honda was stolen out of my yard and they refuse to give it to me I feel like they are trying to extort me and force me to pay thousands of dollars for property that was taken away from me.Now It’s the blame game about the sheriff not reporting right is right for the long long I have proof giving my car they are thieves I do have a claim going on I have to do what I have to do here the proof
Staff is friendly, and helpful, but the lot is an absolute mess, especially when trying to park, and the fact they don't take payments over the phone is pretty rough.
Guy who picked my car up was super super nice. I didn’t catch his name but he was very charismatic and was really cool. Definitely recommend calling this place when you’re in need of an emergency tow, long distance or not. They charge fair and are great people. Person on the phone was also very understanding and kind.
These guys towed my car after I got tboned, I had a lot of unfortunate problems dealing with my car and they were very helpful doing everythign they could to make things go smoothly, Thank You!
I had an Allstate claim and these guys showed up super fast, and then they hung out at the dealership longer than they needed to, to accommodate getting my vehicle inside. They definitely went above and beyond pulling my truck up on the flatbed twice.
Matt went way above and beyond helping my daughter after her motorcycle broke down after dark. I cannot say how grateful I am to Matt and Murray's Towing. Professional, on time, friendly and very helpful.
Total nightmare. They were assigned to provide roadside assistance for a flat through my insurance. They were late and the kid that came out was inexperienced and mistook the plastic caps on my lug nuts for locks and told me he could not help me because I didnt have the correct tool. In short he canceled the trip. He told me to call back and schedule another roadside assistance for a tow. I did. and Murrays cancelled the second trip after i had spent an hour rescheduling it!! I had to call insurance again. Another provider, Gates Towing, came right away and had no trouble changing the tire right away. Highly reccommend Gates Towing, they were super professional and knew what they were doing.
The guys at Murray’s Towing were great! I was in the Rochester area working for 2 weeks and they were very prompt and professional. Matt and Joe’s customer service were above and beyond. If you’re in the Rochester are and need a tow, I highly recommend these guys. Plus can’t beat the price to. Right on thanks guys!

The driver, Brandon, was fantastic - personable, friendly, fast, and thorough. Did a great job ensuring the car was safe, as it sits lower than most. The truck was newer, clean and in good shape. He arrived within 30 minutes of being dispatched by my insurance. Everything went fast and smooth. Would definitely use again.
I am almost beyond words to describe the gratitude for the team that responded to my tipped trailer today! Not only were they onsite within minutes, but they 2 trucks and 3 guys. And what a performance! They went far above and beyond what I was expecting. On a busy road, shortly before rush hour, time being crucial to get the road cleared, yet they also took into consideration that my trailer and everything in it is my livelihood. They’re job was simply to tip the trailer over and get it cleared, which I would have been thankful for, but knowing the importance and value of this to my way of life and family, etc, rather than just letting the trailer drop which may have easily damaged the axel, tire, my tools inside, etc, the three of them actually held the trailer up themselves and gently set it down on the ground. WHO DOES THAT?! Seriously! If the owners of Murray are reading this, you have 3 incredible young men on your team that need recognition and I hope that you know how incredible these guys are. My hat is off them and I’m grateful for the care they showed in the trailer recovery. And great job and hiring and training such incredible professionalism. Thank you!!
Don’t never use this company.. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours just to be told my call has been cancel. I told them to come to Moro mufflers these dork faces goes the tops grocery store and claims they called me which they never did . This is one company I’ll never use again and I’ll make sure I spread the word not use them . Now I have to wait another 2 hours just to get my truck towed.. don’t never use this company ..
Best towing company in upstate n.y. honest people.drivers excellent esp. matt..Bill the owner is an upright guy..honest good business man...and joe the mechanic..highly refer him to all who need a good honest mechanic..
Had to brake to avoid piece that came off car they were towing. Then watched the truck weave back and forth between lanes all the way up west Henrietta. Seriously, is this a way of drumming up business? If you cause more accidents you get to tow more cars?
So, it’s four stars because I’m just annoyed that my car was towed in the first place, otherwise they were really great. When I went in to get my car towed back to my place I accidentally forgot the paper which proved it was my car, dumb me, so I had to leave it for another two days past that, but when I went back with the proof I was charged the same amount as was originally mentioned, and not adding on the two extra days, which I appreciated because it was already expensive. I had to be at work at the time of the tow but I got a call when the car was delivered and how they left it. I got home and it was just as described and in good condition.

Decent, friendly professionals, the guys have been there for me on a Sunday, answered all my calls at various different hours and been very responsive, something you absolutely need in the crazy time after a goddamn Saturday accident.
Not open on the weekends and they’re charging you per day for storage . it should be open seven days and if you have 24 hours towing somebody should be available to go To the office to take care of a customer’s vehicle that they needed to pick up
Really should be no star for these horrible people. On top of already lost my car due to an accident, I had to deal with this bunch. They would not release my car to me since my tow truck was still on route and they wanted to close. And oh BTW it was a Friday and they won't open until Monday morning. This way they can charge me for the weekend too. It was MY CAR! I had the title in my hand! The website says open 24 hours - that's a lie!! Shame on the police department for giving the contract to these scums!! They are robbers!!
I'd give negative stars if possible! The guy at the front desk with the beard was less than willing to help, I'd be really surprised if he's able to sustain any sort of relationship considering his sheer inability to covey any level of empathy I've watched episodes of nat geo with more compassion. Aside from my own opinion hers a fact, my car was towed by Henrietta PD and as a result I ended up paying $194 to Murray's tow (picking my car up on third day of tow), I guess the jerk that runs the front desk had pressing matters to attend to and literally laughed in my face when I told him my tow was running late and before I could even finish to ask he laughed and just said "no, absolutely not I hope he gets here in a few minutes cause I'm leaving " he then turned the lights in the office off and brushed past me no words and got in his truck. Luckily a couple of the guys were willing to wait while my tow came there may be a decent one in the bunch, I'll be sending something his way soon. Long story short it was a horrible experience the kind that makes you wanna go law abiding citizens on ppl but what goes around comes around and I can't wait till people like front desk wreck em ralph gets his. If your towed to this yard... Good luck I hope you know someone in power.
Long standing family owned business. Based on West Henrietta road Murray's has offered service to the police and fire departments in the area for generations. Always available to keep our streets safe and moving.
One of the tow truck drivers tore up my lawn when picking up a car in a neighbors yard. My husband asked the driver for a card. I called the company and never got a call back.
My opinion NEVER do business with them. Watch your yards when you see them on your streets.
