The salesperson was incredibly friendly and really tried to help. Even with a photo and car details, they couldn’t identify the part, but the customer service was excellent overall.
The other night my van was overheating.I went to o'reilly's and thought I needed some fluid.There were two employees there named tim and Lucas.
They were incredible. They went above and beyond. They came out, looked at my Van found the real problem, which was a hole in the radiator guided me and gave me advice on the best thing to do. And products to get. They then stayed past closing to help me out. By patching my radiator so I could get somewhere safe. They were incredible every O'reilly's I've ever been to has been excellent. But this one has been the best

Norm needs a raise! Was looking all over for parts for my 95 chevy 3500 and he found them in a day. O'Reilly auto parts will have my business as long as he's there! Thank you Norm for getting me going again!
Had a headlight go out while driving last night. Went to O'Rielly on Central Ave. where I received the best service. Went up to the service counter and was greeted by Lucas who was professional and courteous. He assisted with finding the best replacement bulbs and also installed them quickly.
Thanks to Lucas I was back on the road in no time and got home safe.

I have been purchasing Superior Products auto detailing supplies at this store, each visit has gone well. Manager Emily and staff have been very courtious/helpful.
