John, fort, and Zack are the absolute best! They’ve always make it very comfortable, and you can tell they are honest people. If you are unsure or need help with something they will do as much as possible to help . Knowing they are nearby is a relief! Give these men a raise

kind of off putting how many flags are hanging up across the store, but the staff is friendly and had what we needed, so I guess I can't complain too much.

If you go to this location you want Matt. He's the best. Very helpful with everything everytime i go in. Even if he don't know he will find you a solution before you walk out that door. Give that man a raise!

When I called the shop, the guy who answered didn't seem to want to help me. I think it might have been because I was a woman. However, when I personally went in, another gentleman was very nice and helpful.

I went in for 5 feet of brake line and was treated with complete disrespect, and sworn at by a young employee after politely asking for someone else's assistance when he grabbed me a power steering hard line instead of a brake line.. He slammed his tape measure down, went in the back and started yelling expletives to his coworker at the top of his lungs so I heard him. A new employee came out to assist me and after I told him I needed 5 feet of a double flare metric brake line he handed me a bubble flare.(Incredibly dangerous and will leak if used in a double flare)So if I didn't double check when I got home I would have put the wrong item on based on them giving me a completely incorrect part and it could have caused an accident with my child in the car. (The same employee that mistreated me had to call the manager up front to assist the previous customers that he gave incorrect change to.) I told the employee who cashed me out what happened and he told me he didn't care and I asked him to speak with the manager and she refused to come out to talk to me so I left the store. I will never be going back to this location I'll go to the Johnstown store where they care and actually know whats going on and don't treat their customers like absolute trash.

I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan B. Such a professional, he resolved my issue with my order in a timely fashion with the upmost customer service. It is nice to have a great worker at the local part store. It makes such a difference. Thank you Ryan!

I absolutely love the AAP store in Gloversville!! The employees are always so nice!! The Johnstown AAP could take some lessons from the Gloversville store. The Johnstown AAP SUCKS!!!

Store employees are very rude. They don’t have patience for anyone who doesn’t have knowledge on cars.

Went there to get brake parts and wheel
Bearing fo my car. Took 10 minutes
For the person to find the wheel bearing
That he aid they had in inventory.he had to get help from the other person there.
Then he gave me the wrong rotors.

No one knew the right part, They ordered the part, made me come back ,it was the wrong part and they had the correct part in stock all allong.

I went there today for wiper blades. Never purchased them before. John and two other associates(the other two were wearing jackets and John had his name on his shirt or I’d be putting their names as well) were so fantastic! I was a little frantic and they made me feel very comfortable and put my wiper blades on for me as well! They were fantastic! They provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They need promotions or raises. Not even kidding. Just plain fabulous gentlemen. They have a royal customer now. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you again guys.

Joke......needed spark plugs and wires. Had 3 plugs, one in a different brand. No wires, can get them by tommorrow

Overall it was a good experience. I went in to get windshield wiper blades for my car for the first time. I was greeted by a young man that helped me select the wiper blades except for the fact that she didn't know how to use a tape measure. When he lined up the end of one wiper blade on the tape measure roll he started at the one in mark and then measured to where the wiper blade ended. I quickly taught him how to accurately use a tape measure. I wonder how many others have been shorted one in because of well stupidity. Other than that he was a real nice guy, and was good at the cash register. Lol.

Helpful staff even though I was given the wrong oil filter. But they did bring everything I needed to the register. Ample parking.

Selection is good but the wait time and speed of employees is just uncalled for. They really seem unsure of what they are doing from looking up parts to using the register.

Always ready to help you find the parts you need whike also giving you options and directing you to tge right garage. They typically send people to Monro in Johnstown who I highly recommend to everyone as well.

Very nice. Clean. Organized. Seem to always be busy. With comes business comes rudeness. There isnt to much to say other than they need more that 2 people on cashiers. Just a normal AAP

Yeah, I bought a replacement gas cap, it did not quite fit, so I brought it back the next day and my money was cheerfully refunded.

Pretty well stocked, can online order and pickup in store in about 45 min. Staff helpful.
