I am new to the area and needed a routine oil change on my car. After reading the reviews I decided to go with village auto, and I can confidently say that all of the positive reviews are absolutely true. I called expecting to be scheduled out but Art got me in the next day. He was professional, kind, and walked me through any questions I had with a genuine care that I understood what was going on with my car. The prices were also extremely reasonable, and far less than I had experienced in the past especially with a full synthetic oil engine. I couldn’t recommend village auto more, I will be back!!

Great people , car broke down out of nowhere 4 hours from home and had to stop somewhere fast. They was able to help me out definitely appreciate the service they provide

My family, dogs and I were on a vacation in the heart of the Adirondacks with my vehicle and my husband's 1995 Cherokee, from Saturday to Friday. On Monday my son informed us that the brakes seemed soft on the Cherokee. Looking underneath , it was apparent that a line sprung a leak. Since we were scheduled to be out of our rental by Friday morning, we needed to find anyone who could repair it within the week. Being away from home for a limited time and with very, very limited wifi, we spent much of Monday driving away from camp, to civilization, calling around for a repair shop, getting ahold of AAA, then waiting for AAA to show up to haul our Jeep. Out of 6 places we tried, only Village Auto was able to accommodate our needs. They were farther away than others we but as it turned out, bringing our Jeep to Art and his son was a blessing. They knew our situation, that we were at their mercy, and did not at all take any advantage of us. No emergency fees, not hiked price for the repair. (One place we tried informed us, without even seeing the jeep, that it would be a difficult repair - seems to imply they were going to charge outrageously?!) For around $200, Village Auto replaced the entire line. They prioiized it And had it done by Wednesday!!! We drove out Thursday morning to pick it up. One of the tires has a small leak in it and Art, seeing my husband take out the small compressor to pump up the tire, had my husband bring the Jeep into the entrance of the shop and he pumped up the tire with his big compressor in no time. Super nice man, super honest people! I wish they were close to our home! Highly, highly recommend Village Auto if you're ever in need for a repair!
