Why is it these people advertise 9a-5p operating hours but when I get there at 3:45 the doors are already locked and they’re closed. I only know because a customer normally mentions otherwise the workers just ignore you appearing sneaky as if they know what they’re doing to us in neighborhood is wrong. The excuse use to be they close an hour early to clean up. But it continues to get more ridiculous. Of course Il have to find another place to go by the time I get off work and I also don’t drive?.
Man working was not happy with all the cans that didn't have a deposit slamming the cans in the bin and then would throw the bin on the floor. If you don't like your job, you shouldn't work there.
This location has two bottle/can loaders you fill to start the redemption process. It's very straightforward, and by any chance you come across a issue. The employees are within reach to assist.
Bad first experience
When the machine got stuck in the middle, the staff at the desk got upset when I asked him to help out, he yelled at me saying “just read the instructions “. Bad customer service experience, and clearly the staff at the front desk has no interest in his job
Be careful of this location. You get most of your money back but when you are not looking they will scoop out some of your bottles to keep for their profit and then claim that there was an issue with the machine accepting them
Been there many times with no issues but today they refused all of our glass because, even though it has the deposit, and they have taken them every time, not today. Had to pack everything back in the car and go elsewhere.
Returned bottles today, June 20. The girl working was amazing. It was very busy, and she didn't miss a beat! Sheridan Drive location. I really like that location!
All machines were user friendly and the attendant was helpful and friendly as well. Had 5 full bags of cans and bottles and was done in minutes. Highly recommended to fulfill your recycling needs.
I gave this place 1 star and wasn't going to go back. I did end up going back because it's such a hassle to do it at the grocery store. They have been open which is nice. (Unlike before when I gave the 1 star rating) I like the new machine process but there is only 2. It's still fairly quick and convenient so I'm changing my rating.
Workers there are very very respectful courteous polite and don't have a bad attitude do their job and rather done with smiles and masks never had a bad attitude very nice place I'll go there all the time
Was there the first time today, great experience. I especially like that they used machines to count the cans/bottles instead of a person doing it. I had been taking my cans to another place that uses a person to count them and my last six carloads there ranged from $35-$45 per carload but today I went to the place on Sheridan that uses a machine to count with another carload and I received $62! I will continue to go the Sheridan location instead of getting ripped off.
it's a little different than the other cash for canes that you will go to this one is fully automatic you literally dump your bags into one of two machines if you walk in and turn to your right there is something that looks like a washing machine you put your cans in plastic bottles in there if you look to your left there is a small hole on a counter kind of thing you cans plastic and glass into that hole it will run a machine the machine will count all of your product and when it is done counting your product it will print you a receipt with the amount of money you are getting back you give that receipt to the cashier and you receive your money
My go to bottle return. Rarely have issues but today I got to learn the new machines in place and the employee working was getting frustrated that I wasn’t quick to learn from their vague directions. Then they got frustrated because i didn’t respond loudly enough that I had indeed followed their final machine step of pressing the red button. Maybe noise canceling headphones shouldn’t be worn when working the floor of a customer service job but that’s just me ??♂️
They refuse to open the door. Day they are not open. From the reviews it is not unusual but i thought I would try. They will probably give some pat answer about being better. Hah.
Super fast service whenever I go in. Way better than fighting with the self service machines at the grocery stores.
Heads up on the hours. They close at 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, 4 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday. There’s a sign when you walk in that apologizes for their website being wrong.
Miserable...I didn’t fill out your application get a different job if you don’t like it. Bottle limits. Was turned away on remaining returns. No one in there right mind expects to get paid for every bottle but you could at least be a lil more honest.
Never seems to be open hours listed, once we were turned away because they wanted to close early. Not sure what changed, this used to be the most convenient and efficient can redemption center in town.
says They close at 6pm ... it’s 4:57, as I pulled up to the door I literally seen a blonde employee duck and run behind the counter and the doors were locked. This place is never actually open until six, go somewhere else.
Honestly this place sucks, they need to put the actual times they will be open and closed. Because they are literally ALWAYS CLOSED.

Had a problem with honesty with them today. I use a 3 can Recycling bin system at my house. When the 3 bins get full I take the bottle returns back and it’s consistently always the same amount give or take a dollar or two depending on large bottle vs smaller bottles filling the can up. So for the last 4years consistently I’ve been taking my bottles to the Millersport location and receiving about $24.00 - $26.00 in bottle return money. This time the Millersport location was closed so we gave Integrity Botttle & Can Redemption On Sheridan Dr. a try. Using the same 3 bins of bottle returns for the last 4yrs that was again consistently $24.00 - $26.00 was now $18.00 at this location. That’s an awful lot of bottles in money difference??? So I call the owner on the phone and asked him if he charges a fee to do business there he said no. I politely explained to him what happened and instead of saying sorry to hear and I will look into it. He said I’m sorry you feel that way I’m busy and hung up the phone on me??? I get it when you have employees that your close to you. You tend to stick up for them and take it personal but If he doesn’t charge a fee for taking them in he must have a dishonest employee working with him. Again not a sorry or I understand how you consistently get $6-$8 more back let me look into just a basically oh well and hung up on me. So bottom line is please count your bottles first before going to this location owner doesn’t seem to care what happens to you!
Good place but my god every day there closed I drive to drop off and there always closed like make a day for ur clean up guys u can’t have a time on the door and be closed all the time set a certain day for ur clean up
Great place. Friendly and clean. They actually held on to a $20 bill I didn't realize was in one of my beer cases and gave it to me the next time I came in! Nice people.
This redemption location is clean, organized and have very courteous people working there. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes - would highly recommend.
