Free parking and very helpful staff guided me through the store locating the items I needed. Prices were excellent and items on sale were abundant. Next time try the well stocked store

I was initially hesitant to go to the store after reading all the negative customer service issues. I was very happy with the service that I received during my last visit to get some paint.

Our stated online do not match store hours 2 days in a row I tried to pick something up before closing at 7:00 p.m. and both times there was no one there even as early as 6:30 p.m. I'll be canceling my order and just ordering it off RockAuto instead

Internet says open till 7pm no sign of people, door says only open till 5pm, not open equals no sales, people need parts not just before 5 won't be back

This used to be carquest. It's still staffed by leftover people and they are horrible. This is the store closest to me but i go out of my way to avoid. Rude, lazy, incompetent staff. You can't ask for less. AVOID

Poor customer service here. Waited in line behind a guy who was ordering a whole bunch of stuff and was taking forever. I only had one item and employees were in the back looking at me and never thought to come over and cash me out. After 15 minutes of patiently waiting I walked out. Not coming back...

Extremely rude staff especially Earl. This location has really become terrible. The employees are not very knowledgeable either in many aspects. Save yourself the time and headache and go some where else.

Waited 5 minutes at the counter without the sales guy even acknowledging that I was there. He was helping another customer but at least could have said " I'll be right with you".

Dont know the products they sell. Absolutely ridiculous.... Napa was able to help out and got a 2 pack of headlight bulbs cheaper than the single pack of "only one they have".

I went there for car paint, Ken helped me alot to get the color code from dealership. My car did not had the color code on the door. So he helped me to get it from dealership, he guided me how to get it.

Save your time and fuel before driving to the store and call to be sure they are open. On multiple occasions I tried to pick up an online order and found the place closed well before their posted closing time.

You could open an auto parts store and name it The Worst Auto Parts Store in America and it still wouldn't be as bad as Advance Auto Parts. The stuff I ordered online for instore pick up wasn't actually in stock. It probably sold out while I was waiting for their ridiculously slow website to load the next page over and over again. I didn't want to wait for it to come in so I had them check to see if it was in stock in another store. Two stores later and I finally got what I needed. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Needed new wiper blades. The employee was very helpful with deciding on product. He installed the new blades also. Great customer service all around.

I had a very bad experience at this store. I ordered parts and paid with my card over the phone, when I got the call that they came in , I went to pick them up , when I got to the store I was very rudely told I never ordered them, the store employees were very nasty to each other in front of me and other customers. The only employee that was helpful and eventually found my parts was Ken. I don't know why I tried anywhere else but Napa

I stopped in for new wiper blades and the team installed them for me. Two employees were so helpful making sure I got the right size wipers for my car and that they were properly installed. They are so friendly!

Didn't have the part I ordered online in stock. Wasted trip there & to another store they claimed had the correct part in stock. Struck out @ both stores.

Usually have the parts I need in stock. Some of the employees have little to no automobile experience and I find this annoying at times because it seems all they know how to do is type info into the computer, and many times grab the wrong part. I recommend bringing in your broken part to compare to the replacement..

Used this store to charge my newer AGM ATV battery after winter storage. That battery had lost its charge so brought it back to get charged up again only to be notified by the STORE MANAGER that they don't charge 6 volt batteries because their "machine cooks them". Incompetence starts at the top at this store. The STORE MANAGER didn't even look at the specs of the battery after I waited patiently waited in line! If so he would of seen it was a 12 volt motorcycle battery.

Terrible service. Don’t go there and expect them to change your battery if the weather isn’t to perfection for them. The man was a big bum.

The gentleman that helped me it was very knowledgeable and friendly and even though it was not a typical part for the exhaust he was helpful in locating a part that would work for my need.

Needed a trailer part for our trailer lights to truck hook-up. Advanced Auto Parts was well stocked, and not only did the associates help me find the correct part, they also lended me a pair of needle nose pliers that allowed me to salvage/Repair my old adapter so I didn't have to buy a new one! Great service to say the least.

The workers are extremely nice and that's the reason I'm giving 5 stars. Even though, they are not that educated on mechanic stuff. The store itself is very clean as well! I'd suggest this for sure!

Good service. You can get in and out fast. They stock a fair amount of parts, and can get most others ordered in the same day or next day.

Really superb customer service. In my experience, just as knowlegeable as NAPA, and friendlier too. Only complaint is they're small and don't stock a lot of inventory.

I bought a car that then have a bumper so I bought the bumper and now I need to match the paint off a car search everywhere with no luck the people of CARQUEST help me get the right paint to match the rest of my car. Great service.
