I generally hesitate to contact places posted on the internet due to the probability of going through a menue of no less than 9 options.
One of which is inevitably "do you wish to continue in English". Although I have the utmost respect for my foreign speaking brothers and sisters, I am not in one of those countries. Once you get through the digital gauntlet you are on to the death, I mean the hold portion of your adventure where if you don't remain past your age of reasonable ability to comprehend a simple conversation you are finally greeted by an extremely thick Indian accent spoken by" Bob " who has absolutely no idea of what he is dealing other than what is on the screen in front of him anything beyond thay may as well be in the land of Oz. At this point you finally decide against jumping off of the nearest tall building and slam dome the phone on your way out the door to the nearest brick and mortar, which is where you should have started to begin with. All this being said my experience with your representative and the company he represents was exactly the opposite. It was ALL GOOD ALL THE TIME. thank you for the help. I have an excavation and tree spade company. I do all the repairs and maintenance on our equipment. I had a part that was discontinued on a backhoe attachment. Found something similar but had no specifications on it to complete the retrofit . Ryan took the time to find the specs on his own and returned my text and call the next day. I ordered a simple oil separator filter for my takuchi skid steer, they charged me 178 dollars! I found this same filter for 22 bucks and free shipping on a competor site! I don't know what you people tried to pull here but that is just flat out price gouging!! Don't want to hear the garbage about tariff 's, again this is just a simple oil separator filter. Do your research before you get bit people!!!
Frank was very helpful in my search for parts on an my older caterpillar backhoe. He was super personable and made the time to answer the multiple questions I had, since this is my first "personal use" piece of equipment . I'm from Canada but felt that I was talking to a friend right next door. He was sure to give me his contact information so as to answer any related questions down the road.

I gave Frank the part numbers I needed, he checked them and verified that was what I needed and than called me which I much appreciated. Thank you.
After waiting for the parts to arrive I found they had sent the some wrong parts. After speaking with Frank I felt baffled in a way. I told Frank the snap rings I had received weren't even close to the right ones. I gave him the part number again and he looked it up again and said to me he would have to get it from OEM, Which I could do myself. Frank than started talking about the wrong snap rings that were sent and about sending them back . He than said that said they were worth shipping back. Than he questioned me about putting it back on my card if I wanted to. I am like , you shipped the parts to me in a way the shipping cost as much as the parts and you sent me basically junk that has nothing to do with my machine and than question about crediting my card back.
I feel quite honestly after seeing the shipping charge which he never said on the phone it would be that much for items all together weigh less than a pound I would have never done that. Lesson learned. I used Con Equip in the past but this experience left me with sad good-bye. I can definitely do better elsewhere.
