Just an update to this review. It’s a little more than a year later and my car won’t pass inspection because my front brakes aren’t wearing properly with the after market parts “superior” used so I have to get them done again by Mazda. Do NOT take your car here!!
I would never take my car to superior again. I brought in my 2019 Mazda CX5 because of a recommendation as they were cheaper to get brakes done over the Mazda dealership I usually go to. Three days after I got my front brakes done I started to hear a chirping or scraping when I accelerated. I took my car to the Mazda dealership as I was suspect when this started only after the brakes were done. They said the scraping noise was coming from the front brakes from hardware they installed that wasn’t a proper fit. They said a lot of times random garages will use generic parts and not Mazda factory parts and it’s not always a proper fit which this obviously wasn’t. I called superior to ask for the money back that Mazda charged me and they said I should have taken it back to them. All in all Mazda did a much better job and gave me a deal they only charged 135 to adjust it. Bottom line beware. They were also pretty rude about the whole thing and Jay told me I was “reactionary” which yeah I guess I am when I have an issue with my car after I paid almost over 450 to get front brakes done and had to take another car on a preplanned vacation because I was too nervous to take mine with the noise it was making
This is the 4th time I have brought a car to Jessie and crew they are totally my go to guys for any and all repairs and maintenance to my vehicle. Honest; through; with safety in mind all while reasonablely priced. Definitely recommend
I have had 3 great experiences with Superior auto shop, and I have to say they have all been SUPERIOR!! The guys there are always so accommodating and have really helped me out when I was on a time crunch. They are very friendly and reliable. Definitely recommend this auto shop!
Very professional, in and out in 2.5 hours for a fuel pump. Job required to drop the gas tank. 4 hour job in 2.5. Answered all question i had and was much cheaper than what the dealer wanted. I found my new mechanic. Very happy!
We highly recommend Jessie and his team for everyone we know and the church. He services our vehicles and is very honest. He wont make the job bigger than it is! Other chain garages said all these other things needed to be done, but Jessie will just repair what needs to be done and does it right and at a very reasonable cost. His experience and training through working in a dealership shows. He is very trustworthy in his work, and if you not sure of the honesty where you take your car, this is the best value and personal service I know in the area and I have met many.
Will not give you a free written estimate on repairs, wants to charge you!
If you pay for the estimate you will be shocked at the price. To all the people who deal with this place, please get estimates from other places, you will be happy that you did.
I really appreciate Jesse. He’s a very nice down to earth, honest young man. I was referred to him by a complete stranger from the auto zone. I have been nothing but pleased with the courtesy and greatness of his work. When you want your car fixed properly without worry or wonder after it's done, please come to Superior Auto. You will not be disappointed!!!
Very Honest, Took the time to explain that most of the work was covered under G.M. warranty.He could have easily charged me but did not. He only charged me for the work needed and GM ended up covering the rest under warranty.Very refreshing ,not to raked over the coals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very friendly, they were able to accommodate me into their schedule, with only 20 minutes notice prior for an oil change. Would recommend them over any chain repair shops.
Jesse is a very honest an reliable mechanic who does not over charge or try too take advantage of customers. I've been going to him for about two years now and would never trust anyone else with my car. He is amazing. Congratulations on the opening of new shop!! Thank you for for such great service ?
Todd was the only mechanic i'd take any vehicle to (or friends vehicles). Very reasonable prices for honest work done the right way! Now i will have to hope to find a mechanic half as good as him for honest prices since he closed down :/ .There won't be another Todd unfortunately!

Never heard if or saw superior auto until the day I went. I had an inspection that needed to be done so I stopped in. The owner was the only one working and he brought my truck in and did what he needed to do. Didn't waste my time and got me in and out. I will go there again.
Todd is an excellent mechanic who has saved me a ton of money compared to what the other guys were charging me. He is always willing to answer questions, even if not related to the work he did on my vehicle. Not only are his prices fair but he works quickly to get the job done without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend Superior Auto if you're having problems with your vehicle. Todd is my mechanic of choice.

Good work isn't cheap and CHEAP work is usually NEVER GOOD. Frankie is an extremely well qualified mechanic and does Excellent work at more than a fair price. He takes his time and always EXPLAINS his work. I am a service professional myself and I really can appreciate they way he conducts his business. These days 1 would be hard pressed to find a better and more reasonable auto & truck mechanic ANYWHERE else.
Frank does awesome work at a very reasonable price. I do a lot of my own repairs on my vehicles but he took care of my old Sentra better than I would've. Will definitely use Superior again.
