5 stars are not enough for this place had a break chamber leak on 290 south call rusiniaks man they are fast Brayden showed up in minutes he was good at his job fixed my problem right away thanks Brayden keep up the good work. Highly recommended
I can’t say enough good things about this garage. I had a minor breakdown on my way back from a Willie Nelson concert and ended up here to have the car looked at. All the staff are super friendly down to earth honest people. I was from out of town, a stranger and they treated me like a local regular customer. That is so rare and will stand out as one of my best experiences going to a car garage. They got me checked out and back on the road for a very fair price. Cookie and Dave are our heros! Tire blowout on our truck camper at 7 pm on a Sunday night on the thruway….not ideal. But they were able to get us back on the road with a new tire by 9 pm. Super nice guys and great service!
I wanna thank TJ for helping turn my bad day upside down. He showed sympathy and told me to hop in his truck after arriving in less than 30 minutes to me stuck on a restricted area on the highway everywhere else told me 1 hour + other companies wouldn’t even come. TJ arrived fast and quick told me the price up front and it stayed the same after when I paid. Thank you for your honesty and handwork TJ you know that people are having a bad day before they see you but you try your best to turn it around.
Today I had my back tire on my Victory Cross Country blow out in the center lane on the I-90 in front of the Galleria Mall. The traffic was thick and fast. The bike pulled me to the left shoulder and there i was stuck between six lanes at the Buffalo summer speedway we call the thruway. I rode up from Lexington, Kt. this a.m. and I was dehydrated, tired and near delirious and getting scared. I text a buddy of mine and he recommended Rusiniaks. Clyde was there in super hero style. I am okay to never have to feel like I did standing on the divider with a disabled motorcycle and no way out. Clyde, you Rock and Rusiniaks is the only place I'll ever call for a tow in the 716.

They towed my car after a heart attack. Police called them. They refused to drop any charges and in fact charged me $50 a day for storage. No trying. No empathy. Nothing
Yesterday I had the displeasure of breaking down in the middle lane at 8:30 am on I90east bound between 400 and 190. Terrifying stuff. Thank god for Rusiniaks. Came to the rescue. Rusiniak's was wonderful when we broke down and needed repair on our multi-state trip. The staff were kind, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable, found us a hotel room and got us to and from it, and kept us informed as they learned what the problem was. The repair was done quickly and expertly. They made a potentially horrid situation something we recovered from quickly and happily.
I washed my car here and for 14 dollars I got the same dirt on my car that I drove in with when it was done. Other touchless car washes have a dryer that goes over your car to get the water off. This place has the dryer set to blow off your car as you drive out. I'm sure this is so the car wash doesn't take as long and they can make more money per hour.
My go to for a touchless car wash. Yeah there’s still some water on the car once it’s done ,but I’d rather have water than scratches. I love this place never disappoints you can come at anytime and get a car wash so convenient if only they had a membership
Wow!! It is difficult in today’s world to find a company who really offers excellent services, but I found one. We were traveling through the Buffalo area when our class C motor home broke down. We found Rusiniak’s Services with a simple Google search and so happy we did. Dave was out of this world helpful and made a very difficult day much less painful. If you need motor home towing in Buffalo NY, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
Got my Explorer repair with Fuel Pump issue. Rusiniak fixed by Pump replacement but they installed unfit part for my car as new check engine Fuel alarm keep showing up. I returned the car twice but was told it is driveable so they did not bother to do anything.
Charged me $1100 for unfair work.
Very grateful for a tow this company did for my daughter and her friend last night. Their car broke down on the I90. The tow truck driver was polite and friendly and got the girls back to Canada safely. As a father I am very appreciative and I can tell you that the driver did an excellent and most importantly safe job. Thank you!!!!!!
I can highly recommend Rusiniak’s for car maintenance and service. Had brake work on my mom’s car and tires on mine this week and customer service was great, scheduling easy, work done well and on day promised, and very affordable.
Phenomenal service. My family has used Rusiniak’s for years and we never have issues…it’s nice to know that your mechanic has your best interest in mind and it’s not all about the money.
These are a bunch of thieves. All truckers be careful dealing with them. They robbed me $550 to help a driver who was less than 5 miles from the shop to get his truck started because he had corrison on the battery terminals. No empathy for the simplist of fixes.
People like these are the reason we leave negative reviews. I hope this review helps others from being robbed. It's a nasty business practice which should be a reason they lose honest, hardworking peoples business.

I would give them more stars if I could. We have used them for years. All our kids used them . They were always up front and honest about charges and double checked about what we wanted done. Unlike other places we have used, we never had to have any work redone due to poor workmanship. Everyone is hardworking and professional.

I was unfortunately in a reasonably bad car accident this morning, my vehicle was in no condition to drive. A young man named Kyle from Rusiniak’s showed up very quickly once the state trooper requested a tow. Kyle was fast to get not just mine but the other car involved loaded up safely and securely. He was even willing to transport my poor Toyota to my preferred shop instead of dealing with storage fees at the lot they would typically store vehicles at after an accident. Kyle’s energy was calming and he clearly loves what he does, even going so far as to tell me he would continue doing this work if he were to win the lottery. If I could give more than five stars I sure would! Kyle Sullivan, if you see this, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Im not one to write bad reviews, and i waited a week before posting this to give myself some perspective, and to cool down. I had a very frustrating experience here. Last year, I came here for an oil change, everything seemed to go smoothly, they have higher prices, but its by my old work. Anyways, fast forward to last week, we went somewhere else to get the oil changed this time, and the mechanic came out and stated that he could not change our oil as they couldnt get the skid plate off, they said it was "very warped, it looked like the last person forced the plate back on after they changed the oil. They just did what they had to do to get the job done". I did not pay that mechanic anything, i dont know why they would lie to me. Now, i was on my way out of the state for an 8 hour drive, it was extremely frustrating to not be able to get my oil changed. I called Rusiniaks to see what could be done, they said to bring my car in on tusday, okay will do. On Tuesday, we got a call, and now the issue was that the plate was corroded and we have to pay to get it replaced. Obviously, i didnt look so i have no idea if thats the truth or not. All i know, is the place i went to before didnt have a reason to lie to me, and these guys do, if they messed it up. I'm not going to go back, i would suggest finding someplace else. Especially if youre a woman, just gives bad vibes.
I’d driven up to the area all the way from Philly for the weekend— we were on the way to our room when the engine gave a huge shudder.
Rusiniak’s was the only place open and I needed to get back home by Monday for work. They not only fixed my car the next day, they did it in a few hours and for a good price. Courteous, professional, prompt.

If you have an accident on the thruway and the police ask who you want to tow your vehicle, DO NOT choose this company. They lie up front and then cheat you on the back when it's time to pay their storage bill. I worked for an insurance company for 17 years. When my son was in an accident on the thruway, I specifically told him to ask the tow truck driver how long they would hold it storage free before incurring daily fees. The driver said they would hold it for about a week before we had to pay. Due to insurance company delays in reporting and adjusting the claim, the car sat for several weeks. I was told that I would be responsible for the first 14 days. Well, I just spoke with them and guess what? They are charging from the night of the tow for the full 14 days---$685.00. When I told them their driver said they would hold with no charge for a week, they refused to honor that statement and are charging the full amount. So, they lied to get it in the yard to pay daily storage fees in addition to $110/tow; $11/fuel surcharge; $56/(7 mile tow); and a $55/admin. fee. I can't imagine what it would be like to use any of their other services. All I can say is get an accurate written estimate and hold them to it. If they promise you anything, don't believe them. Their word means nothing. Otherwise, it's going to be a cash grab. They will tell you one thing to get into your wallet pocket and then do something else when it's time to settle up. Verify----don't trust!!!
Impeccable customer service, I'd highly recommend for any issues. As a woman I have dealt with some ridiculous mechanics and get nervous bringing my car to new places. I brought here once before but last visit was for engine issues and totally got sound advice, legit estimate and not one person talked down to me even though I likely seemed frazzled and all over the place about how to proceed. It was clear that everyone I dealt with had pride in their work and were experts at their jobs. This shop really stood out to me for the customer service that was provided by the mechanics but I also witnessed the workers go above and beyond helping others while I was there. It was clear to me this company and team is close-knit with each other and their manners of helping people just showed off the company even more. Seeing that they excelled at teamwork made me think how rare that is to find in today's world of post covid workforce. If you're ever visiting this shop for service I highly recommend you eavesdrop and take notes on how this team is completely dominating. Guaranteed you will leave with some ideas about great teamwork in addition to your car work that you needed anyhow
My dad swayed me to Rusiniaks for all my automotive needs many years ago. I have never regretted it. Bennie and Chris are always informative and honest to my car repairs. The techs are professional and do quality work.
I work down the street and my co workers recommended this place. I am very disappointed. I called and asked if I could bring in my car sometime today to have someone look at my tire as the light has been on and even filling it with air does not shut it off. I explained that my tire looks low and looks like it has a slow leak, my car shakes over a certain speed. The man on the phone was very condescending and rude. Asked me a million questions about if its really losing air or if I am wasting their time.... Asking me auto questions that I honestly don't know which is why I was calling.... I'm not an auto professional. He then told me I couldn't get an appointment until the 24th. I will not be giving them my business.
Got stuck on the shoulder of a restricted section of highway when my car broke down. My roadside assistance service was completely useless and left us there for an hour and a half. Then I called Rusiniak’s and twenty minutes later we were safely being towed away. Our driver Dave was so amazing and sweet to my daughter and I while he drove us to the shop. Once there everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately the car was in bad shape so we were stuck there for a few hours.... but they made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area with frequent updates. I would definitely recommend them!!! Wonderful and prompt service. Truly caring people. They made a bad situation a little better for us and I am so grateful!!
The people who work here are amazing, kind-hearted people. Our car broke down on the side of the highway Thanksgiving weekend (over two years ago now), at about 4 am when we were trying to get from Toronto to new Hampshire. We had to wait for a bit until they opened, but as soon as they did, they immediately acted. Within half an hour they were able to tell us what was wrong with our car, what had caused the initial problems, the steps we could take in terms of repair and rentals; they also contacted our family to let them know the situation, and towed us all the way back to Toronto.
While traveling thru Buffalo we broke down. CAA/AAA connected us with this tow and shop and the experience was fantastic. They had us in, diagnosed and on our way in no time. While waiting we met three regular customers who spoke very highly of this shop. I think they deserve the five stars and then some. Most Thankful for their care that day. Third generation of caring people servicing their communities and it shows. Love this shop. I am from Canada but if needed, I would not hesitate to revisit. Oh....made me a fresh pot of coffee and it was great shop coffee....Oxo
