Forever grateful for Ben’s. It’s a neighborhood gem of reliable and affordable service. I really wouldn’t want to imagine them not being around. Thank you Ben’s for so many years of great service.
Decent used tires at a decent price. Not too long a wait to get service and fairly professional staff. Just watch out if you get used tires from here. I got all four of mine done and in less than a week one of them went flat, I brought it and and it was repaired free of charge so no foul. But still having to go back was an inconvenience.
Decent place. definitely different management. It looks a bit rough when you pull in, almost like it's closed, especially because the front is all wire fenced off. There's good people working here. Christine was up front about the price before any work was done. I'd rather keep my money local in buffalo with the people, rather than giving it away to a big corporate capitalist nightmare like Walmart. These are used tires, you might not find a new tire that fits your vehicle. They likely have a used one that will fit. The tread on the used tire was decent. James helped with the tire service, he was quick, thorough, professional. It was about $45ish for a single used tire. I hope I don't get another flat. If I do, I'll ask these folks for help again.
