My vehicle was recovered from theft and was towed to this facility. The shop called me and was courteous, informative. They arranged for delivering it to a very good body shop. One thing they promised but did not do was to get the vehicle towed back to their shop for us to pickup as the body shop was like 20 miles away where as this shop was closer. Overall, a smooth experience nevertheless.
Early today, my vehicle and about $1,500 was stolen from my home. The Amherst Police Department recovered the vehicle—today-—but this company, who knew about my son's cancer tried to charge me around $478 to recover the vehicle. Please avoid using them if you have a choice. Now we don't have a car
I can't speak to the towing service itself, but I can tell you about limited experience with United Auto Towing in North Tonawanda. I was shopping around for a tow for my boat trailer and Alex was beyond helpful in trying to find out if the service could be performed. Alex was polite, empathetic towards my situation, and extremely professional. He left a positive impression upon me and even though I didn't end up needing the service, I'm keeping the United Auto Towing information saved in my phone in case of a future need.
