Listed two different cars with the picture of the part I needed, called and was told she doesn't know why they have them listed for sale they don't have them. I asked to speak with the person who lists them or to ask, was put on hold then hung up on. Sounds like staff needs customer service training

In all honesty I hate giving out bad reviews. But I had the worst experience in the world. Yesterday June 29, 2024 looking for a module. I'm a 2017 impala. The young kid at the front desk. Was so miserable and so disrespectful. I was not trying to do his job. I believe the front Destin's for customer service. If you cannot handle that, you should be in the back pulling parts. I run the business and every day just about. I have a bad day, but I never show my customers or my employees. The kid did not want to do his job look up the part. After having me wait there for 5 minutes for me to do a job. Whether he was gonna swipe my car, I finally asked him. So, what are we doing? He says well. I'm waiting for you to swipe the car. Wow, the? How much supposed to know if I have to swipe it myself or hand it over to you? So right away after that he starts typing away type heart with an attitude so I can hear him or hear his frustration typing when I had nothing but respect. I've been a customer for years at 2060. Just with that right there alone. I'd rather go somewhere else because that kid was so disrespectful. It will cause someone to come out of character!! And all of that being said he waited for the end of the day when they were about to close to call me and when I go wrong part. And when I came back he had a different attitude. And I think or I think the guy that was sitting in the middle because I know. More than likely Hey sing and heard how to way the kid was acting and talking, so he must have been reprimanded. I give up to thank you. The guy's sit in the middle and I wish I know his name.

These guys are amazing. I have bought so many engines, transmissions, differentials,and other parts from them. Great quality and great prices. I use to deal with chuck there and he was amazing before he moved on, but now I deal with Jeff. Hes one of the nicest people I've ever spoken too and extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I literally won't use anyone else for used parts. Give Jeff a raise lol

I took a drive up to 2060 Auto parts from NY city. One hell of a long drive but this is one classy professional operation. The owner immediately set me up with one of his employees to show me the parts I was looking for and came out personally to assist me. This is a great place for recycled parts, I can't recommend this place enough!!!

So many places didn’t have what he needed for the Cadillac Escalade but this place 2060 had everything He needed. He traveled from New Jersey. And trust me it was worth it. I had an excellent experience dealing with this place. I ordered a hard to find part from them and had it shipped across the country to me. It shipped quickly, and they kept me updated with tracking. The package arrived earlier than expected, well packaged, and carefully wrapped. Due to the carrier (FedEx) and no fault of 20-60 auto, the package contents had been crushed in transit. Jeff got back to me right away and immediately issued me a full refund and an apology, even though it was not their fault. The customer service was fantastic, and even though the part didn't work out for me, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

I have been to 2060 to purchase parts and have purchased several salvaged / rebuilt cars from them. Ryan & Tony are awesome. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. This company may indeed have good parts but they’re customer service is horrible . Anytime I called n questioned where my 1700 dollar part was they decided to give me attitude . Now the current issue they are having my engine sent to an address that doesn’t exist !!! They are refusing to send it to the address that’s on the shipping label due to the fact I needed a lift gate since it’s being delivered residential . I will NEVER refer this company to anyone.. A serious Lack of communication.

The guy lied to me saying my flex fuel sensor was a dealer part only, when ik it's not you can buy it new anywhere, just a 600 dollar part and I was looking for the cheaper option... many others just didn't have one in stock these guys tried to tell me it's a dealer part!!!
