got a new car battery after my old battery tested as almost failing with low reserve power. I had an idea of what I wanted from the Interstate website, I wanted to try a premium battery that I had seen. The guy at the store helped me to sort out the best option for my car. We did try the premium battery and figured out that it was too big to fit into the space fora battery in my car. We had to try another option , so I got a mid line quality MT Series battery , saved some $$ and most importantly got something that fit my car. the car does start much quicker with the new battery

I purchased a marine battery 22 months ago which gave me no issues until 1 week ago. I brought battery to store for an assessment, charge on battery and after their examination they said battery is dead. The warranty is supposedly only 1 year, and offered only 10% off a new battery. Why would I waste my money on another one of their lousy batteries when I can go to Cabelas and purchase another battery from them, of which the first battery from Cabelas lasted 7 years prior to this experience.
I had two batteries installed in my motor home. From the desk clerk to the man who came to my house everything was vary professional. I could not be more happy. Thank you all

purchased a "NEW" interstate battery for my pickup. Installed it and needless to say it was dead in one month. My pickup is a 1998 so it doesnt use a lot of power while sitting idle. Returned battery expecting a new battery but was told it would need to be charged for two days and then tested. Well guess what, it passed the test and I now have a new recharged battery. Just installed a battery maintainer to keep it charged, never had to do this with my old delco battery. Thank you interstate for nothing.
Best batteries you can get, cheaper than Autozone and Advance, and will install for you. I just pulled up and wasn’t able to remove/install my battery due to surgery and they had me in and out in 5 minutes.

Ametter voltage gage from the attenuator read 14v, 5 days latter its totally dead, i called and was told "sorry we can't help you" customer service? Standing behind your product?

I purchased a car battery here. The technician had trouble installing the battery and had to watch a youtube video to figure out how to do it. In the process of installing, he did not properly tighten things back. I had to spend another $200 bringing it in for service.

They do not honor warranty. I had a bad cell in one of their batteries and they will not replace it even though they confirmed it had a dead cell. They blamed my not driving "15 miles a day" due to working from home as the reason they will not honor the warranty. Are you kidding me? I have a Nissan sports car that I have not driven in 3 months and it starts every time. Defective batteries; horrible customer service and shady salesman at Interstate Batteries. Several phone calls and the person I talk to was always very rude; told me I had to get my car that will not start to them to look. I had it towed to my dealership because they convince me its the alternator. Dealership said its not the alternator and gave me a new battery which works every time even though I am not driving 15 miles daily.

The batteries that I get from interstate are a much better value than at other retail stores. I also find the employees there very helpful and they seem to go out of there way to help a customer.
Also a big bonus that they are willing to recycle old batteries.
Dependable battery. Worth the extra bucks knowing you have a battery can start your car every single time during the 5 or 6 year promised period and beyond. Last battery dd go 5 years problem free and i bought the upgraded version feeling confident for the next 6 year! Yes this one goes for 6 years with much more CCA power than the oem.
