Saxon was great to work with. I bought a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with 157000 miles from him just a few days ago for $8,000 out the door.
One thing to know is that he doesn’t let you take the car to an outside mechanic, but he does let you bring your own mechanic to his shop and have the car put on a lift for a full inspection. On my first visit, my mechanic found a couple of leaks. Saxon didn’t argue about it or try to make excuses and fixed those leaks the following week.
When I came back the second time, I decided not to bring my mechanic again because I felt comfortable enough to trust him. After I bought the car, I still took it to a very reputable mechanic for peace of mind, and they told me the car looked good and that the issues had been properly taken care of.
He’s not really the type of dealer who negotiates much on price, but I’d rather pay a fair price for a good car than get a discount on a car with hidden problems. He told me my car will have a one-month guarantee on major issues, not details, and he will also take care of problems if they happen in the future at half price after the guarantee is over.
I was honestly pretty nervous about buying from a dealer, especially because I was on a tight budget but my experience with Saxon was very positive, and I felt like he treated me fairly throughout the process.

Sometimes used cars dealerships get a bad rap and they kind of turn you off to good experiences, but not with Saxon. Saxon delivered a very positive very professional experience and I felt very heard and comfortable when dealing with him throughout the whole process he actually explained a lot of things that I might not have even thought of or known of to ask about a used vehicle dealership he’s an exceptional business owner doing exceptional things and I thank him and I will be recommending him to whoever I can and whoever needs a used car.
He gets quality cars but they sell fast because they are priced correctly. Many dealers overcharge for unnecessary add-ons. My sister bought a car from them and it runs great. He gets many cars from the south and he focuses on Honda and Toyota. Basically it's a hidden gem dealer in a small town that a lot of people don't even know existed. I was going to buy a car from him but it sold before the bank gave me the loan. i still plan on purchasing a vehicle from him soon.
Came back to update my review. Just picked up an awesome vehicle from Saxon & team (Trace rocks!). Bought a 2017 Ford Expedition at an awesome price. The vehicle is such a great upgrade over the Wrangler I was driving, and I no longer have a car payment! Saxon sources his inventory from outside of NYS, so there is no typical rust that you'd see on other used cars from this area. If you want a solid dependable vehicle at a very fair price, you absolutely must take the time to talk with him. Great honest used car dealer - and in my 40 some years of driving that's a rarity!

I asked to install a special magnet in my car the nice gentleman named Saxon did it for no extra cost. Finally somewhere you can go in western new York and not get bent over by a used car salesman. Fair prices even better services.
I'm going to start off by saying i had a 100% positive experience with the auto exchange. I found a vehicle that i really enjoyed and pleased with. test drove it and totally wanted it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get said vehicle because according to the financial institution I applied with had received a report that it had "potential structural damage" at a previous auction before the auction mr saxon got it from. , that financial institution took that as a total loss/salvaged title vehicle and refused to finance it. which i seen the car damage pictures before repair, along with the fax history report myself and no where in the history of the vehicle was it reported as a total loss/salvage/rebuilt title. the owner saxon was just as surprised as i was given the car fax report was clean. how a financial institution could take away from the situation it was a rebuilt title is beyond me, but this company was a little finicky anyway. So with that aside, Mr saxon did how ever pull threw by going above and beyond professionalism and courtesy and had me in mind the following auction where he did keep in mind what I was looking for and got the best he could given todays market. i am pleased with what was offered and a future review will be given once everything is cleared. but this place really offers quality cars and trucks at a reasonable price and totally worth looking at before going somewhere else, just because my financial institution had a bug up their butt for something that didnt truly exist isn't his fault and i am impressed his willingness to go the extra mile to search out what i was looking for. company's like this are rare to come by and deserve our business to say the least i would give this place 100 starts if i could. he actually cares about people and not the bottom dollar. and the quality of the available inventory is top notch.
What a great place to buy a car. I found a RUST FREE affordable used vehicle that was reconditioned like new. The owner took the time to explain every step to me and really made me feel welcome. I will be returning in the future!

I bought a used vehicle here in Nov 2022. Saxon was amazing. I had my mechanic look over car. Great running car solid body and undercarriage and very fair pricing. He worked to get all the registration and extra things done to car so I could pick up ASAP. And after purchase fixed a minor thing that came up after purchase. I WILL buy our next vehicle here. Easiest car purchase I've ever done! By far the best prices anywhere around. Was worth the hour drive. This will be my go to place for used vehicles and I will recommend them to anyone! In fact I already have. Saxon is great! Very honest about everything and takes care of any concerns. Check prices anywhere else and they are thousands higher than the auto exchange for the same vehicle.
