this service has never once had an available car... i've tried a day before my train arrived and i've tried a week and half before my train arrived. i'm not sure who you have to be to get a reservation with them, but it seems exclusive.
Promised a ride, waited 45 minutes and never showed up. Also had the nerve of not answering my phone calls. Don’t waste your time if your waiting at the train alone !

If you’re trip isn’t worth it they will tell you they don’t have a cab available- DO NOT Fall for their charm , they are relentless at taking as much money as they can not even caring about your circumstance - especially if the distance is short !!!!!
Early morning pickup was no problem. On time, easy ride. Fare was slightly less than at least two other services I’ve used for this same ride. Driver was easy to talk to and professional. Recommended.
I had a short run to Rhinecliff station. Turned up when they said they would, the car was clean and the drive was very comfortable. Jim, the driver, is a great guy and I had a blast chatting to him on the way.
