The sales person chanell was amazing!! Helped me in a short period of time due to being on lunch break and knew where everything was which saved me time!! Very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable!!
the person at the counter knew nothing and did nothing to help. wouldn't even get up from his chair . Even when asked for corporate number he said i don't need it. Worst customer service, will never send my customers there again.
Decent auto part store. Nothing OEM, but if you're looking aftermarket, it's your spot. Also have cheap tools for all types of different job types. Believe me, it's no Snap-On, but convenient if you're not at the shop.
Pretty unprofessional to lock your doors at 4:45 when you’re hours are until 5:00 forcing customers to drive another 30 minutes+ through traffic to get to another location
Salt point Advanced Auto Parts had the battery for my 2016 Honda CRV when nobody else did! The man at the store gave me 30 dollars off the battery and installed it in minutes! I highly recommend this location due to the customer service alone! Add cheap prices and having ur needs in stock and you can see its #1
Easy to drive-by since the storefront does not look like the typical Advance Auto Parts, this branch is nestled in Salt Point's Washington Hollow Plaza. Mostly well stocked, though (thankfully) the branch reduced an online order since the store carried only one unit of H11 headlights which I had ordered. Friendly staff and ample parking in the plaza. Hours rather short since this branch closes at 6pm on the dot.

Poor customer service. I have tried to use Advanced Auto parts in many occasions. There always seems to be an issue. My son called for a basic spark plug and the man told him he had it in stock. So my son leaves and goes there, which takes about 10 minutes, and by the time he got there, he was told the computers were down. They had the part number and knew what spark plug it was, but the man just kept repeating himself that the computers were down. My son had cash in his hand and he knew how much it was. This is absolutely ridiculous! And it always something! I don’t know how they stay in business! Very poorly managed!
Absolutely trash went to buy spark plugs after calling to make sure they were there showed up and was told i couldn’t but them because the computers were down this was all in a span of 15 minutes had cash even pulled up price for them ridiculous
I love how that their hours online and on their main entrance clearly state that they close at "6pm" Monday through Friday. I rushed to this place today 1/28/21 in desperate need of a spark plug which is very common and always in stock (according to my previous visits) and risking getting into an accident, I make it there exactly 5:55 and the lights inside the store are shut down and the door's LOCKED !! Great way to treat your customers, see if me and my family and friends will ever come here again!!!
Great service,friendly people & something sadly lacking these days,a good work ethic. You can tell when people don't give a hoot,and make ya feel like your a bother.never here.good find.
Went in to check out the store and was greeted immediately. I looked around for a few minutes and with what the store front looks like versus inside its alot bigger inside. Was able to pick up what i needed i. A few minutes. Nice assortment of parts and accessories. I will definitely return for other parts.
Good parts store to deal with. Large stock, so most of the time what you need is there. Prices are decent and the people are helpful and friendly. I liked it better when it was the "local Carquest", but the new owners and corporate store setup has worked out.
Great store! I had Dennis helping me and he was friendly and helpful, Fast paced and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will keep using this store in the future
