As far as I know, he's probably the least BS dude I've encountered. He's pretty honest and a good guy. Most fair and reasonable of any mechanic I've interacted with.
My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! Never been here before but stopped by because I had a screw in my tire. Art stopped what he was doing and helped me out. On top of that, he charged a reasonable price. He earned a new customer today.
Brian and Art were extremely helpful and accommodating. When I was having no luck getting transportation to go out to their their location to pick up a purchased vehicle they offered to deliver it directly to my house. All the staff are kind and professional. I could not recommend their service enough.
Horrible service overcharges for junkyard parts. Feels like you’re being watched the whole time you’re in the junkyard as if they think you’re stealing. Would give zero stars if I could
Came from Canada had a leak in the radiator Arthur was great at diagnosing the car and repairing it in a timely fashion. I recommended him to my family and they have four cars and they all will start doing all their services with Arthur.
I love the fact he maintains the shop well. He won't let any chemicals leak on the ground.
He doesn't beat around the bush if you can't do the job he will let you know.
This place is a very decent place on certain parts that you need the owners are really nice they are they are out of average 4 out of 5 to have the part that you need but when you have a worker who thinks he's the owner of the company the owners of the company she put the worker in place you got to learn to put your friends and your business to the side also at the same time the workers and the owners must be separated and the workers should not be able to tell a customer that they're not low no longer allowed in your establishment
I've called for them to pick up my car to junk more than 10 times. They're very rude and only doing 1c a pound for my junked car! Horrible customer service! They'd called me saying they would call back and never do? I've been waiting for them to pick up my car for 2 days now. Don't recommend this place TO ANYONE!
