My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to KC for a little over a year, and he has been nothing short of amazing. His pricing is always fair, and his work is done in a timely manner. I once went to another auto shop to fix my headlight, and they gave me a long list of supposed issues. I brought that list to KC, and he pointed out that one of the items wasn’t even something my car had—saving me from paying for an unnecessary repair. I truly appreciate his honesty and quality of work, and I won’t be taking my vehicles to any other mechanic.
I had the pleasure of meeting KC and his team today. Great shop. Fair, no nonsense, timely service and he is a true auto enthusiast. It's so refreshing to have found someone to work on anything like a daily driver and yet see attention to detail that would have me bring in my garage queens or track cars with zero hesitation. I'm a kind of new customer having been recommended to Global my another customer. Since then I've had a few services, oil changes, inspections, and some repairs. Always treated courteously, work done professionally, no slipping in unrequested work, and in and out quickly. The price for services are very fair. This is the place to go.

Oil Change
I had a 9:00 appointment, they took my car in by 9:05.. Service was started right away and completed in a timely fashion. Everyone was polite, small but clean waiting room , they reviewed my bill with me, I paid and was on my way in 30 minutes. I get my oil changes on Saturday and really appreciate not spending hours waiting.
Does great work and very fair with their prices. Was thinking my car was well beyond repair with rust. I got my car welded, got my muffler replaced, Fixed my Blow motor for my Heat/AC, and changed my O2 sensor for a check engine. Now I feel at ease and would definitely make this place my regular.
My first time using Global Auto. They are friendly, polite professional. Work was completed faster than I ever would have expected. No talk about adding services or upselling in any way shape or form which is very much appreciated. Defiantly will be coming back for future needs. Thank you very much!
I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the quality of service and integrity of the ownership at Global. They are honest, don't overcharge, and go out of their way to provide superior service. After very bad experiences with multiple different establishments, I've found a home at Global. I couldn't give a better recommendation for a genuine business that puts its customers first. My CRV's AC system had totally broken about 2 years ago and needed a complete replacement. I had a warranty for said AC replacement that was 2 years in length. My AC just recently just broke again out of the blue and so I brought it back to Global Auto Repair. I was technically just outside of my warranty time but Casey still hooked me up and was able to get the compressor itself replaced for no cost to me and gave me a huge discount on the labor itself because of the strange situation of it breaking again in almost the exact same way. This was also after I had some other work done that they got taken care of quick and professionally.
I started to bring all my cars to Global auto repair because the quality of work and the honesty that Casey brings to the shop has restored my faith in top notch quality repair shop, I definitely recommend Global auto repair to everyone that I speak with.
Always appreciate the team here. As a woman, I always have to be weary about places such as mechanics. Luckily, I have found somewhere that I trust whole heartedly.
I ended up moving out to rhinebeck and tried finding a mechanic up here. It wasn’t the same and found I couldn’t be trustful- so now I make the 40 minute drive on a Saturday morning to get car work here when needed. Willing to travel for good work, a place that lets you wait, and has hours on Saturday!

I'm a fairly new customer of Global Auto Repair and it looks like they now have a longtime regular customer! Not only did KC replace my brakes, he noticed my inspection sticker had expired and went ahead with renewing that. In addition, he was gracious enough to meet me at the shop after business hours, so I could pay him and pick-up my car that day! He's patient & tolerant with questions and giving explanations. I definitely recommend his services!

Although my 1st service was just an oil change and Insp. Sticker, I so far feel I've made a good choice in selecting a new regular mechanic. Hence, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 yet. I'll be bringing in both my cars for service soon and keeping my fingers crossed that I'm right! KC was pleasant & easy to deal with. Seems pretty straightforward. Clean & comfortable waiting area/office too!

We have been customers at Global Auto Repair for years now. When you find a mechanic who knows what he’s doing & you trust him, you look no further. I have never had anything but positive experiences with Global & the staff. KC has always kept me informed if I have a more involved repair & he gets me back on the road ASAP.
As always, global auto-repair was quick and professional about diagnosing and repairing. Needed repairs on my Silverado SS KC and his crew have been excellent at everything. From head gaskets to fuel problems to upgrading performance parts. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends. I trust them with all my vehicles from a charger to an outback to my favorite Chevy. KC takes care of multiple cars for our family. Appointments are made within a few days to address any issues we may have. Prices are very reasonable. He has never taken advantage of us. Never. He does our inspections, oil changes, new tires, new headlights, new brake lights, leaks, battery issues, hoses. So many repairs done right. I have complete faith that whatever the bill, it is reasonable and the job is done right. Global Auto Repair is our only shop for repairs. I recommend him to people all of the time. He has been really good to us. He is honest and that is hard to find in a repair shop!

I've been coming here for the past few months for a variety of car repairs and diagnostics and K.C. has been amazing! Professional, friendly, and honest. Twice I came in for issues and he let me know how to fix them myself and didn't charge me anything. The other times the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Global Auto for any car work you need done.
Once I found Global I've never been to another mechanic. KC is trustworthy and reliable. He tells it to you straight, good or bad. He explains any issues so you understand the problem and doesn't try to confuse you to jack up the prices. And the prices are reasonable! And he's a nice guy. I trust the boys at Global with all my family's cars.
My sons inspection was due and KC was more then polite and professional to him and myself, he got his inspection done quickly and without making him feel bad about waiting until last minute. Thank you it’s very hard to find a professional automotive business that you feel like you can trust around here, we will definitely use these guys again!

Kc and crew are fast, friendly and reliable. I was quoted by another shop who I wont name, double the price of what Kc quoted me. They use nothing but the best parts and warranty the work with the parts they get. I was going to supply some parts but was told if something goes wrong with the part I can’t get it covered under warranty that his parts supplier gives. Highly recommend Global Auto to anyone who needs work done.
Took a recently purchased used car to Global to get an inspection to make sure it was good to go. Casey was very polite, and professional as was his other mechanic who took my car into the garage.
Didn't even charge me for just making sure the hoses, belts, and fluids were all good. Also quoted me a very reasonable price to remove the tints from the car. Another place I won't name told me they would charge $200 for that. I definitely will be taking my car back to Global when anything else arises with confidence.
These guys are great. Casey and everyone there make me feel comfortable with their work and their prices. They are always honest about what's necessary repairs and what can safely wait. This is the first place I've gone and not felt like I was being ripped off, I always dreaded taking my cars & trucks for service, but not here! I'm glad I found them and I only ever bring my vehicles here, for the last 8 years or so. They work efficiently and are super nice. There's no reason to go anywhere else in my opinion.
I think I found my new repair shop! Excellence on every level. Towed my car to the shop Tuesday night, new alternator, battery and belt at a competitive price and had my car back and running perfectly in less than 24 hours the day before Thanksgiving! Very happy! Highly recommend!
