I had broken down with my SUV/Cargo trailer combo the other day when we had that scorching heat (temps around 100°f and full humidity) .. I ended up waiting for two different tow companies to come for over 5+ hours, and both of the companies had cancelled last minute once they personally knew that it had a cargo trailer hooked up as well (after making me wait about 2 hours each time ..)
Not only did he get there in about 20 minutes from when contacted, he also quickly and proficiently got them both hooked up. What I recognize most is that he did it with a smile in the heat ..and that can be pretty difficult under those conditions.

First off Ronnie, Mellisa and the crew at RG deserve way more than 5 stars!!! They went well beyond from start to finish on repairing my Jeep Grand Cherokee after a rear ended collision. A friend sent me to RG Autobody. I had a good amount of damage to be fixed after my car got hit. The quality of the finished repairs Ronnie did is top notch. Ronnie and his team took care of all the administrative stuff - from the insurance estimate and rental car to submitting and staying on top of whatever the insurance company needed. Melissa is amazing and when she said "I'll handle it" she did. I also got the car back on the date promised. Let’s just say that if you need any type of auto body repair done for your vehicle in the Dutchess County area, this is your go to spot! They absolutely went above and beyond in making my front bumper, car hood, and headlights look like new. My car was also cleaned as courtesy and I could not ask for any better service. Melissa at the front was excellent and easy to communicate via phone call/email and Ronnie is an expert at what he does! Overall great company to work with and definitely exceeded my expectations.

What awesome people and second to none service. They are truly the best. First time visiting their shop, they came highly recommended by the Acura dealership and we are completely happy and satisfied with the service we received. From the personal greeting and warm welcoming approach from both Melissa and Ronnie. They took control with confidence and really made everything so easy for us. From getting us the rental to picking up our car at the end was a seamless experience dealing with them. Not to mention I had my car back before I could get comfortable in the rental and I was amazed the car looked like it has never been in an accident. This was my first accident and it happened New Year’s Eve so as you can imagine I was devastated but thanks to Melissa and Ronnie my baby is back with me and I cannot tell the difference. I hadn't done business with RG Autobody before and I stopped by to get a price to have the gelcoat on my boat restored. This boat is 20 years old and although it has been well maintained the gelcoat was very faded and heavily oxidized. Ron said he would be happy to buff it out but suggested it might be better to just paint the boat and be done with it. We decided to paint the boat and it was the best decision yet - looks like a new boat! Best of all it was completed in less than a weeks time .

Hah! I logged on to reviews and saw that my last review for RG was still posted! Well I needed Ron and his team again! And within a short period of time they had my battered car looking like new again. Again.
Just move into the area and RG was recommended. My wife had add accident. I called and the Owner answered! Ron been Great and fair. You know a company when there’s a disagreement but the owner was fair with me. Communication was Outstanding! There is a little paint chip in my front door. I hope they can help. I let you know how this gets resolved (not really blaming them).
I have brought multiple cars here and recommended other people to Ronnie his work speaks for itself. Great guy and he is honest and straight forward. Truly does a remarkable job thanks again Ronnie!!
They are primarily known for collision work but let me tell you something, they are much more than that. I brought my 1988 mustang to them for what i thought was just a paint job. What i got back was a work of art. They did extensive metal work to get the all the gaps perfect. Along with many other custom touches to make my car one of a kind. Their attention to detail is like no other. I’d highly recommend them from a small collision repair to a full customization of any vehicle.
Flawless. From beginning to end, the service was flawless. From listening to my explanation of how I got a huge scratch on the rear passenger door to helping out with the insurance and car rental process, both Ron and Melissa were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy to see my car restored like new. Getting my car detailed was a great surprise as well. Highly recommend!
