Ron provided a personal tour, highlighting the fixed bumper and trunk, an impeccable paint job, and additional enhancements like a complete buffing (I think that's what it was called) and interior cleaning. The car appeared brand new and pristine, prompting myself to express immense satisfaction and recommend RG Autobody highly for their family-friendly service. RG Autobody provides excellent service. They gave me an accurate estimate in less than 20 minutes on the same day someone backed into me. They fixed it a few says later and the work is flawless - looks like it did on day one.
I drive back and forth to Brooklyn at least every other week for years now and I had my first accident a mile away from my house-it was demoralizing, embarrassing and depressing; with a thousand auto body shops in this town I didn't even know where to start- but this company was the first to come get me and I dealt with one of the most confident and capable employees named Melissa. I still don't know what is going to happen to my poor car, but this person actually made an incredible pitch for me to choose them as my repair shop. It really means something to feel better about your decisions when everything else is going so wrong and I am so grateful for her confidence-I don't encounter it often enough!

A friend sent me to RG Autobody. I had a good amount of damage to be fixed after my car got hit. The quality of the finished repairs Ronnie did is top notch. Let’s just say that if you need any type of auto body repair done for your vehicle in the Dutchess County area, this is your go to spot! They absolutely went above and beyond in making my front bumper, car hood, and headlights look like new. My car was also cleaned as courtesy and I could not ask for any better service. Melissa at the front was excellent and easy to communicate via phone call/email and Ronnie is an expert at what he does! Overall great company to work with and definitely exceeded my expectations.

I can't say enough good things about Ron and his crew. I hadn't done business with RG Autobody before and I stopped by to get a price to have the gelcoat on my boat restored. This boat is 20 years old and although it has been well maintained the gelcoat was very faded and heavily oxidized. Ron said he would be happy to buff it out but suggested it might be better to just paint the boat and be done with it. We decided to paint the boat and it was the best decision yet - looks like a new boat! Best of all it was completed in less than a weeks time . Hah! I logged on to reviews and saw that my last review for RG was still posted! Well I needed Ron and his team again! And within a short period of time they had my battered car looking like new again. Again.
Just move into the area and RG was recommended. My wife had add accident. I called and the Owner answered! Ron been Great and fair. You know a company when there’s a disagreement but the owner was fair with me. Communication was Outstanding! There is a little paint chip in my front door. I hope they can help. I let you know how this gets resolved (not really blaming them).

They are primarily known for collision work but let me tell you something, they are much more than that. I brought my 1988 mustang to them for what i thought was just a paint job. What i got back was a work of art. They did extensive metal work to get the all the gaps perfect. Along with many other custom touches to make my car one of a kind. Their attention to detail is like no other. I’d highly recommend them from a small collision repair to a full customization of any vehicle.

From listening to my explanation of how I got a huge scratch on the rear passenger door to helping out with the insurance and car rental process, both Ron and Melissa were a pleasure to work with.
