Prestige is the only place I would take my car. I’ve used them a few times over the years. The bodywork is undetectable from NEW and you’ll get your car back cleaner than you bring it.
No complaints. My experience was wonderful. Everyone from Rocco, to the ladies at the desks, to the guys working on the cars. Every single one of them are great. I was as also pleasantly surprised with the detail as well. Was a 10/10 now 11/10!!!

The staff was very helpful and clearly demonstrated an interest in getting our car back into shape. They kept us up to date on the progress being made, and they even beat their own estimates for when the car would be available for pickup. on Thursday they said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. The next morning (Friday morning) they said the car would be ready that afternoon! It was overall a great experience!
So last year I hit a deer and went with a body shop through my insurance company (big mistake) the bumper was replaced by an aftermarket company and started to come apart. I had to beg my insurance company for me to go somewhere else and they sent me to prestige auto (Thank God). They were so professional and kind to me and the updates via text I never had before. Dyanna kept me informed and Caroline. They also discovered that the last shop glued and destroyed everything on said aftermarket bumper smh. They even painted parts of the bumper that the previous shop messed up on. As long as I live in up here and God forbid I get into another accident I will be using Prestige auto. They also came to my house to install a new tow hook on my car instead of me coming to the shop (the last shop glued the damn tow hook cover which means if I needed a tow the whole damn bumper would have to come off. Thank you Pratige Auto for everything!!!

I absolutely cannot sing enough praises for Rob and Rocco at Prestige Auto Body. They came highly recommended by a friend, who recently had an accident. I knew they were the right place when another person overheard our conversation and agreed that Prestige was top-notch.
Well, they were both right. I just picked up my car, and it looks stunning! I had a minor accident, and now there’s no trace of it. My car looks brand new, and Prestige even thoroughly cleaned the outside—and inside—of my car!! What a wonderful and much appreciated surprise.
Rob was kind, courteous, and respectful from the moment I met him. He patiently explained the work that needed to be done, the timeframe for completion, and then offered a fair price. Prestige did an amazing job on my car after it was sideswiped, you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. The level of detail this body shop put into my car was amazing. I could tell they treated my car like it was their own. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome. I highly recommend this body shop.

These guys towed my car away from an accident. They were extremely professional and treated me with real respect. They made a difficult situation a lot more painless than it could have been and they were also extremely honest about costs and services once my car was back at their shop. These guys clearly take customer service seriously and it really made a difference in such a stressful situation. I would reccommend them to any friend and will take my car there again if the need arises.
I was rear ended and had heard very high recommendations for their work. I contacted the shop and Rocco provided me with all the information I could need about my initial dealings with the insurance company. Once that was all worked out and I dropped my car off at the shop, they called me to update me and one the work was finished my car looks good as new. They even cleaned it for me too. I highly recommend the guys at prestige for any body work.
I've been bringing all my cars to Prestige and referring all my friends and family since the early nineties. I won't go any place else. I'm very selective about who I recommend for any service because I don't want to feel responsible, but I can say with confidence that you can't go wrong with these guys. Rob has painted motorcycle gas tanks for my vintage collection, and repaired 8 or ten cars for me and my family;; most recently my son who is a new diver. I've traded in cars that have had major accidents and even the dealers couldn't detect the repairs, and I have never been shocked by the price.
My truck was recently damaged from an encounter with a deer. I was very upset and the guys at prestige treated me like I was family. When my truck was finished I couldnt believe my eyes on how it was such an eye sore before now looks like it came off the showroom floor. I was one very happy satisfied customer because I knew that i was in good hands with prestige. I highly recommend them.
I have been using Prestige Auto Body for years and have been very pleased with their work. Rob, Rocco and the rest of the Prestige team are the best. The most recent repair work was performed on the front end of my 2009 Toyota Sienna after we hit a deer. When we received the van back, it looked like a brand new van! I have been taking our family’s vehicles here for over 20 years because they are the best. If you’re looking to have your car repaired or customized, it’s worth the travel (I bring my vehicles from ulster county to their Poughkeepsie shop) to know you’re getting the work done right.
Most recently, I had my car repaired because I was rear ended at a traffic light. I have a newer car and was very happy to see that they fixed my car like new! During the process I received regular updates from Rocco about the progress of my job. He also dealt with the rental car company for me when they wanted me to turn in the rental before my car was ready.
This place will give you a 5 star experience.

Brought a car in for some minor insurance rear-end damage and had another repair done where I had some rust going on. Rocco was great with communication and working with my schedule to get the car in. The price was on the high side of the estimate, but not unreasonably so. The repair work was excellent, it looked brand-new when it came out of the shop. They even cleaned the interior (sorry about that, guys - I would’ve cleaned it up a bit and saved you some work!) and it looks great.

Rocco did an amazing job and he and Rob were so helpful and courteous. The job was done quickly and they even cleaned my car!
