They arrived promptly to tow my car when i called my insurance company for roadside assistance for a flat when the other company they originally called first kept pretending to be on their way for three plus hours. Superior was 200% better than the other company. When Superior was called to replace them, Superior arrived in less than an hour.
Received updates on arrival time. Arrival was on. Point! Polite, friendly. Truck and driver clean, despite the nature of the work. Would highly recommend.
Connor from Superior towing was communicative and called to let me know what his plan was. He showed me around the building and walked through the process of getting my car fixed. I’m really grateful for his helpful and kind demeanor. I used their towing service through my insurance.
Called for roadside assistance through my chase card and these guys answered the call. Hands down the friendliest and best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. The driver, Collin, called me when he was heading out and introduced himself by name, called me again on his drive to verify the location and some other info, then called me again when he was 5 minutes away. He was nice and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt very confident that he would get my vehicle home safely. Sure enough he had my truck back in my driveway in under 2 hours from the time I called. Very rare to experience such efficient and friendly service in any industry. Highly recommend.
Had phenomenal service with Mike at superior towing. Very professional and accommodating for our unfortunate circumstance. Being broken down on a road trip away from home with 3 young kids in the car was a harrowing experience. Trying to get us the help we needed while staying calm for the kids sake was difficult, but Mike was encouraging and a positive influence on our situation which made everything better.

This tow company was hired through my auto insurance road side assistance (with travelers). I was first connected with another tow company by the name of Meagan towing company. This company never showed up - they never picked up the phone nor did they return a phone call.
The 2nd company was called and they were in the area. Superior towing returned the phone call quickly. Jay advised how far out he was (which wasn’t very far) but he communicated and that is an amazing service! I’d definitely call this company for a tow again.
The owner came and picked up my car this morning. I was having an absolute terrible morning - he was all smiles and jokes and very communicative on his way to me. After getting a flat tire on the highway, my insurance dispatched a tow truck company that never showed up after waiting almost four hours. Another company was dispatched, Superior Towing and they called me right away! They were extremely friendly, caring and understanding of my situation. They were on their way to my car immediately and got there in 39 minutes!! Fast, fast service and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone whose in a sticky situation!!! 10/10!

Never forget the morning my son flipped his fathers truck at 5am, on his way to work. Called Superior, both tow driver and owner in his own vehicle himself showed up to flip and tow it away. Actually got there before the troopers!
