Tom saved us a long ways from home. We had problems getting help and thought as it was getting dark, we would have to get a ride 45 minutes and leave the vehicle. Luckily we were called back by 24/7 Extreme driver. Tom was totally professional and an easy going nice fellow. We would recommend this service and definitely call them again. They service our area as well.

Around 3 in morning I and my son in-law were stuck in a ditch on Salt Point Turnpike and extreme towing came and got us out. I really wish I had money to tip him but I never carry cash on me it took him over an hour to get us out because we were so deep in the ditch but he did an awesome job and was patient and I couldn’t be more appreciative of him.I didn’t get his name but I thank you so much for all the hard work you did.

He kept me updated throughout the duration of my vehicles tow until delivery to the dealership. Dealership also informed me he was very cooperative and pleasant to work with. I was in need of a tow to get my car from Poughkeepsie to Putnam County. I did a quick google search of "tow companies near Poughkeepsie" and Extreme Tow came up. My car battery drained and died on me at the college due to a bad alternator. I called Tom up bc I noticed all of them 5 star ratings and honestly they really do deserve it. Guy was great. After my buddy went downe in a motorcycle accident Extreme was there quickly loading the bike on his flatbed and getting to his house within the hour. Great and friendly service. Exactly what we needed after what could have been a more serious accident!
Tom was the best. I had an accident and my insurance subcontracted another company to find me a tow. The company they found tried to sell me on bringing my car to there shop which was more than an hour from my home. When I declined the guy made it seem like he was doing me a favor and I could tell a tow from him was going to be a problem. By this time it had already been half an hour for them to find me a tow and this guy was still over an hour away. He called to see if he could get the repair job before coming out to get me! After an hour I got a call from my insurance telling me he cancelled the tow (because he didn't get the repair job) and they would be trying to find me a new one. Luckily for me I called Tom at Extreme Towing. He was super nice on the phone and very understanding of my situation. Tom stated he would be out to me in 30 mins, he was there in 20! He had no problem taking my car to my home about 40 mins away and dropping it till my repair shop could pick it up. Tom is the complete opposite of the first tow company. He's honest, friendly, timely and most of all genuine. I pray that I never need another tow again but if I do Tom is my first call. Please do your self a favor and give Extreme Towing a call if you ever need such a service. You will be happy you did just like I am.

A chunk of ice shattered my windshield while driving through Poughkeepsie late at night in the dead of winter. Tom and Susan got me and my car home. Super reliable, flexible, and nice people as well. I couldn't appreciate them more.
