My Harley motorcycle decided not to start after pumping gas in Lagrangeville Shell station. As I wait for my car to be jumped or towed by my Shop. I found Alex off work in the parking lot at best buy and asked him to see if he could help me jump my car so I can get on my way home. Unforunately we werent able to get my car jumped. I still offered to pay him for trying to help me out and he refused multiple times. I just want to say thank you for trying to help and let your bosses know ya'll got a great guy working for you.
After a very long trip from Florida, my car broke down near Middletown NY. We had to leave the car at a gas station because one of the tires had a blow out. Thank God for Jamie who was out there by the afternoon to tow our car, contents intact, and drop it at the dealership in Poughkeepsie. I would highly recommend them.
Easy to deal with. Friendly on the phone and in person. Was refused by AAA because I was off-road. Driver was willing to work with me and get my truck and trailer out of a jam. Wasn't cheap, but price was fair. I will definitely use them again if I need to and recommend them for anyone else in need.

Fast and courteous service 2 days in a row- I unfortunately did not get the first guys name but he was amazing- the next day I called again to tow to the mechanic shop they arrived at our house with in a half hour- loaded up the car- Jamie was great- kind courteous- and very knowledgeable- Felt very confident with him taking my sons baby! Highly recommend
A driver was blocking me in while he prepared to hook up a van. I had to get to work and he said I'd have to wait 10-15 mins at least. Explained I cannot and please move. He began to yell at me about having a job to do. I asked 3 more times before he moved but first he had a little tantrum jumping up and down, yelling and cursing at me. Would have been scary if wasn't It ridiculous. Called about it and person who I spoke to gave me a 'sorry, not sorry' apology that sorry but he has a job to do. It took less than 2 minutes to let me by and move back, but I was supposed to wait at least 5 to 7 times that long. And have some bully Try to intimidate me. Unprofessional to the extreme.
I have used them multiple times, and always a pleasure. this last time I use them was for a brand new vehicle transport. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I was with the enclosed truck they used and how they handled the vehicle I would give them more than five stars if I could.
Let me tell you these guys are top notch. First time working with them too. They did a difficult job that two other companies I contacted were too scared to even try. Not only that, Brandl's driver (Ed I think was his name) knocked it out of the park in one try without issues. No excuses, no BS, just skilled employees doing a damn good job. I seriously can't recommend this company enough.
Great Company to deal with. Our wrecker service was over 700 miles from a commercial customer broke down in a store parking lot with a large bucket truck. Brandl's got out quick with a heavy duty tow truck and towed vehicle back to their lot for us to pickup the next day.
The promptness, the overall attitude, and quality of the service was excellent. The driver, Kyle, was such a pleasure to deal with. He seemed to really care about helping people and made a stressful situation somewhat enjoyable. He truly cares about his job and more importantly, cares about people in general. What an excellent experience.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Called to get a tow recently when my gas pedal was sticking. They advised me on what could be wrong and let me know this could be unsafe to drive. The truck arrived quickly and within the time frame given. When the driver arrived he made sure to load the car safely. He also assured me that he would let the mechanic know that the throttle was stuck, so they could deal with it safely. Great guys and excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone.
