Only reason I go here is because it's 5 minutes away from my house. Otherwise the counter people don't have a clue when it comes to non specific parts, nor can they even help you unless the computer spits out a part number. Prices are fair so that gets it 3 stars

Called to inquire about a battery for my 2017Jetta SE. Tyler informed me that that vehicle requires the battery to be re programed. (I did not know that.) AutoZone can not provide that service. A big Thank you Tyler for saving me time and frustration as I would have been SOL if I just showed up there . Quality customer service even though I wasn't a customer!!!

Charlie is great I tell you, GREAT. Same visit I asked two things but at separate times, his mood was never fazed, always laxed and extraordinarily helpful!

I needed to replace the battery in my key, and the salesperson, Murray, was so helpful and kind and calm, despite part of my key being broken he helped encourage me while I troubleshooting and trying to open up the key myself, and then made sure to check with me to make sure I was purchasing the correct replacement battery.

Employee very unhelpful, I came here from the wappingers store after I was told they had a battery in stock I was looking for. I was told it wasn’t in stock when I arrived and “don’t believe people” from the man at the cash register.

Frank was the best, helped me find the windshield wiper u needed, grab it for me and put it on my car from me as well.

I don't know why a staff member would randomly refuse to read a check engine light, but that's what happened. I'm sure for whatever the staff's wages are, laziness is completely justified. Just posting so you can know what to expect.

I was a secret shopper today. Came in asking about a warranty for brake pads and gentleman then proceeded to tell me they are about defects and not just wearing of the pad. Yes it’s obvious, that’s not why I was there. I was there to see if the warranty was still up. He asked how long ago I got them. I said a year ago. He said nope won’t be on on there even if it says lifetime warranty. Here’s my issue that he wouldn’t let me explain to help a customer. The car has only been driven 13178miles and the pads are crumbling instead of wearing. Aren’t brake pads supposed to last longer than 13k miles? It was the manager there aswell. Been told to leave this review as a reminder of the service that was given today so that the employee can correct his actions via upper management.

I’ve had an outstanding experience at Beacon AutoZone, all thanks to Allison. She goes above and beyond in every aspect and truly provides exceptional service. Even though it’s not my main branch, I’ll definitely be coming back

Cody and his team saved the day! My battery died and I was able to jump it and drive over to this Autozone after calling to make sure they had my battery model. Exceptional customer service. Fast replacement of the dud battery. I would highly recommend this location for your auto needs.

Wow! I finally decided to change the headlights on my 2014 Subaru myself because I’m spending a ridiculous amount to have them replaced at repair shops. The manager Tyler was terrific - he patiently answered all my questions, checked the headlights on my car and even replaced the bulb for me! I was treated with respect and it was clear that this fabulous service is perfectly normal at this store. I’ll be going here for all my maintenance issues from now on!

Trying to breath new life into my high mileage daily driver, I of course found myself walking the isles at my local auto parts store. I was courtiously greeted and allowed just to wander, ponder & window shop. I settled on some trim, wheel & touch up paint. Had a great discussion at checkout of my overall refresh plan for the car and the staff let me know what type things they had in stock, what they could get & even what was best going online elsewhere for. Looks like I'm probably going to be happily making weekly stops as my project continues. Definitely recommend these guys.

Stopped here for a headlight out after work thinking it would be an easy replacement, turns out it was much more difficult than anticipated. Can’t say enough good things about Kerwin, and Tyler, they did not give up even though it took the three of us probably 30min to finish.(Due to the location of the headlight) They didn’t give up even when I told them I was wasting their time they insisted on getting it done for me, Great guys. All the staff at this location was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. I will probably pass 2/3 other Auto Parts stores just to continue shopping at this location anytime I need anything. Highly recommend.

I called at 11am to inquire about replacing a headlight. Stacy told me to come in, I came in at 11:30am. She took a look at my headlight, picked out a new one and replaced it in less than 10 minutes despite the store being very busy. She is efficient and skilled! Would highly recommend this store.

Love this place I choose to come to this auto zone over the rest of the stores because the employees are well educated on cars.Ran into a new employee named Ravon he helped me understand the issues on my car saving me from stress and ultimately fixing the vehicle.Definitely ask for him if plan on visiting this store in particular.

Tyler was extremely helpful. He assisted me with picking out the correct size windshield wipers for my vehicle and installed them as well. And I am glad I went with the wipers he suggested.

Stacy S. at the Fishkill/Beacon location is one of the managers apparently there and she is the most foul person I have ever dealt with at any store I have ever visited! She had a nasty attitude from beginning to end and when I was walking out to leave because of the service without saying anything to her she got even nastier saying I needed to leave the store. That's when I got upset and got into an argument with her and she even threatened to fight! Never have I experienced anything like this before corporate needs to definitely do something about her.

Amazing customer service from really warm and kind people! I came in to buy a battery and my car died as I tried to leave with my new battery. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and Kerwin especially took care during the installation. He checked and double checked everything, even made sure to replace a piece of the attachment hardware to guarantee everything was safe before I left. I felt like family here and I'm really grateful to everyone there.

We went to have our battery changed as the car was having difficulty starting, but when it was changed the car wouldn’t start at all. The woman who changed it realized it was the starter, tested the old battery and confirmed that it was doing fine. They contacted a local mechanic they know who assisted me with the starter replacement and refunded the battery charges. They were extremely helpful and supportive.

I’ve been to the store twice now and the customer service is impeccable! These wonderful humans go out of their way to make sure that you can find everything you need an offer a helping hand. I highly recommend the store. The staff is so incredible!

James was very friendly and helpful. Determined I didn't need a battery and checked everything out like the starter and the alternator which was all good. He even cleaned my terminals as well as installed them alter putting on yep felt terminal protectors with special contact lubricant as a courtesy! Thanks, James!!

I had a bad experience here last week and had written a bad review for the store, citing the shockingly poor customer service that I received. I have since given the store another chance, and feel obligated to change my review. The customer service that I experienced in my recent visit was exceptionally good. The employee that helped me was extremely nice, helpful and responsive. A second employee who rung me up was also exceptionally nice and willing to help and chat. Regarding my experience last week, I may just have caught someone on a bad night. I'm happy to move forward and plan on revisiting this store.
