Bought Napa wipers in Buffalo the day before we left and one busted as we drove down the highway. Stopped here to exchange it, with the receipt and orginal packaging and the manager accused us of breaking it and refused to exchange it even though it was under warranty. Ontop of that the manager legitimately looked like and acted like she was on meth.
