I had new tiers put on in winston north carolina. I ask them to check the breaks. They told and they said my front breaks were great. 750 miles away from home we looked up Total auto care . I brought my car in after explaining to the young lady. She said yes we can fix them if you can get your car in here by 10am. I drop the camper with my wife out side it and drove two blocks down. She gave me a price over the phone. For the pads and routers. If I can give them a 100 stars I would. There very caring kind family own . Even bring in a bad mood. They made me smile and laugh. Made me feel a lot better. I also have to say out of town and in my case out of state they took great care of us. And went 500 mile to camp 3 weeks. Thank you all
I have been a frequent customer of Total Auto care for about
11 years ( since around 2010 ) and I have always experienced friendly,
exceptional service and automotive savvy.
I have seen Craig O'Dell ( the owner ) go out of his way to help
me on short notice ( no appointment ) and fix the problem.
Craig ALWAYS explains WHAT is wrong, HOW to fix and even tries
to save money for the customer ( if possible ).
They also let me know if they see a "potential" problem in the
future regarding my vehicle ( heads up ! ).
Important to note, Total Auto Care : fix vehicles, inspect, also
are a car dealership ( the same excellent service / no rip off !!!)
They do it all.
F.Y.I...have two small couches to sit on ( if waiting),
and two chairs, reading material and a BATHROOM .
I RECOMMEND TOTAL AUTO CARE,THEY ARE AN ASSET TO
THIS COMMUNITY AND ARE THE BEST !

Want a headache thatll last a lifetime?? PLEASE dont make my mistake. Find a shop that actually knows something and that cares even 10% about you or your vehicle. Work that was asked to be done wasnt done or even looked at, got handed back the keys saying things are fine. Things are not.
To the shop: Get an assistant who can actually setup appointments correctly and has social skills. Also how you treat people is a MAJOR part of business, yall should think especially hard about that one.
They had my car in for service it took 4 weeks for original repair to happen. They said wrong parts were shipped several times. Then after repair I had to take the vehicle back in for more repairs. This was mechanic the dealer insisted I used. I have had car 5 months. 3 months it has been in shop avoid at all cost. Day I was there to pick up my car I watched an engine blow up in shop. The mechanic said oops I forgot to add oil. Seriously avoid
Last year was a a couple of complex repairs got my vehicle back on road for less than what internet say cost for the fixes. This year an oil change and and state inspection my 15 year old vehicle still using
I got a new taillight and it looked good but Then we noticed a spare light inside the cover so i ended up having to take the taillight off myself anyhow to pull it out..plus They don't have very good customer service so the whole thing seemed unpleasent. I don't suggest this place to anybody
