During a road trip back in December, my friends and I discovered one of our tires had a hole and continuously leaked air. Fortunately, we called Van Deusen and - within 30 minutes - drove in and got our tire repaired for $20. This accommodation proved essential to our return journey, as other shops in the area were either closed or did not have the bandwidth to accommodate us on the same day.
I am glad that Van Deusen accommodated us on such short notice and provided us with a cost-effective solution despite our limited options in the area.
Been going to this garage many years with my mom and I I am considered legally blind my mother is disabled also we are not rich we are low income people this garage is very understanding and very friendly staff never had a problem once went today matter of fact and they pointed out something wrong in her car that we didn't even notice and he showed us and now we're not driving the car till we get it fixed and we save up the money his staff is amazing and I highly recommend coming here I found out about them through my ex-girlfriend and her family they've been gone for many years if you're looking for a great place for oil changes car work they do vehicle inspections they do everything they do amazing work and highly recommend them they also sell tires and working with the car that we have now is very rare and they found something wrong with it today like I said and they did not take our money for what they were going to charge us for instead of them doing the work that I was going to pay them for today they said to wait and get the parts that the car needs then come back they are very honest most garages would have taken the money and then had us come back after I never said anything to it was done these people are so honest they warned us in advance and they told us to come back after we take care of that and then they will help us
Took my car in for an alignment and everything went so smoothly. Car drives like she’s young again. Staff is welcoming and helpful. They also washed my car (which is a first for any other time I’ve had work done on my car). Great service all around.

I have bought cars from them, get my cars fixed here and get all my inspections, there fast, friendly, know what there doing and priced great! I recommend them for all your needs!.
Not very accommodating anymore. Tried to get an inspection 2 different times and was told call tomorrow and I call and they say they can't do it until next week. Called new shop in town got me right in and out. I believe it's respected of persons.if they like you or your important, you can get right in.
These guys are great! So helpful, and quick. With great work! We went to get a tire put on rim and when the tire had a leak they put the tire on a different rim for us, no extra cost, and no hassle!
These guys saved me! I rode a new boat and trailer on a flat tire off the Mass Pike onto NY RT 20. After stopping at a few repair shops who couldn’t help quickly, I ended up at JT Van Duesen Auto Repair. I was very lucky. I left the trailer, they had a new tire mounted by noon the next day, at a very reasonable price. What more could you ask??
Operating on the three strike rule here. About 2 months ago I attempted twice within two days to get my car in for inspection. Each time calling first to make sure it was a good time. Told them I'll be there within 30 minutes. Was told that was ok, each time being turned away once I got there. Yesterday I figured I'd give this shop another try. Called, was told come on up. Again I said I can make it in 30 minutes. Got there and was told no they wouldn't do it. Wasted my time 3 times. Not to mention they were rude about it 3 times. Very unprofessional. If you dont want to do inspections, give up your machine and don't advertise inspections. Never again will I go here. I advise others to do the same.
Not to happy with place. Wanted to get my SUV inspected? Stopped by and lady said no inspectors in yet, and told me to call back and I did, she answered and said no inspectors are in today ?
We use Van deusen for all our Auto repair and have purchased vehicles from him as well. Great service, fair prices, and he picks great trucks. Jeff and Brian are fair and honest. You can trust then with your cars. We've recommended friends to him, everyone is always happy.
Jeff and his crew always do a great job. They are part of the community and go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. And will always help a neighbor in a pinch. I always go to see him or Brian if I need something.
After having JT Van Deusen tow my car I had the delight of realizing that my EZ pass, jumper cables, and extensive CD collection mysteriously went missing.
I have been going here for nearly 10 years and have always had great service. I bought a car and they stood behind it. They do all of my maintenance and they never do work that is unnecessary or overcharge. They also have great deals on tires.
Just bought a wonderful used car from these folks due in part to their great reputation and wanting keep my money local. They gave me a great deal with a firm handshake that if I have any problems just come on back. Talking with other folks in the community I hear over and over "take it up to Van Deusens"
