Charged way more than expected. Tried to get a quote ahead of time and still way over what i was lead to believe. No communication. That being said, the work seems to have been done well. Just very disappointed and will not return.

Not only did their team fix the heating and cooling issues on my Mitsubishi Outlander, but the vehicle is running better than ever! They were wonderful to deal with from start to finish and I will be using their services as my regular "go to" mechanic team for all of my vehicle needs.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Ron and his crew at Fully Loaded Performance for years. I have had multiple trucks that needed performance work done and they are the ones for the job. There is no car or truck with an issue they can’t solve. Ron and his staff are some of the best mechanics AND people around! Would highly recommend!
These guys did a nice job for me swapping an engine. I dealt with Tucker, he was his word, easy to deal with and did the job right. Everything's working great ?
Always do a great job! Highly recommended for lifted vehicles. My jeep had the death wobbles they fixed it and I haven't had any problems since, They know what they are doing, always very kind and helpful.
Had a flat tire that needed immediate replacement as we were in a rush to drive back home.
These guys took us in on such a short notice, fixed up the tire, put the fixed tire in place of the spare tire and pumped up all tire pressures without charging a single buck. They said it was quick plug work and nothing to pay for.
What an amazing customer service they provided while we had called multiple other places who all said they didn’t have time that day. Highly recommend these guys!
We use Fully Loaded for our regular car maintenance needs. They also do all sorts of custom work. However, today my elderly parents (heading home to New Hampshire) got a flat tire and needed help - we headed straight to Fully Loaded as I knew they were great and would not take advantage of them - sadly many big name auto places may have. Ronnie took the time to help them out and get them safely back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!
One side of my hood got stuck because of the loose cable and stuck hinge on the X-5. I stopped by without an appointment and got the issue taken care of within 15 minutes. There was no charge for the service but I gave the mechanic tips for appreciation of his quick service and the fix. I’m not a local resident in Germantown.
Took my H3 Hummer in for exhaust job I dropped it off the night before and next day at noon job was completed.? Catalytic converter was shot. Ronnie ordered me a complete exhaust manifold, Y pipe and converter that matches my vehicles specifications not some cheap Chinese junk. It was done right the first time. Ronnie also rotated my tires and fixed my rear hatch tailgate mechanism. Other shops quoted me upwards of 3000$ and up to 2 weeks down time! I was in and out in 2 days at a price of HALF the other competitors! Now my H3 Hummer is quiet and rides like a dream going down the open roads! Ronnie and his office girl Tracy are polite and his crew in shop are experienced mechanics that DO THE JOB RIGHT!

I own 7 vehicles from performance cars, to Offroad trucks and jeeps and my construction vehicles... Ron and his team at fully loaded performance are the only guys I let touch my vehicles... Amazing honest, quality service at the best prices!!!! Can’t recommend them enough.

As a out of town client, I walked into Mechanic NIGHTMARE. I have a TDI 2005 VW Passat that needed a heater core. My car had been serviced by TDI specialist from the TDI Forum for over a year . I asked the owner specifically if he had experience with TDI's heater core as it required removing the entire dash. I got my car back and the heated seats did not work, the radio did not work, the controls on the steering wheel did not work. I returned and sat for 3.5 hours while they went into the dash to fix these problems. After I got the car back the second time the steering wheel was put on crocked, my trailer braking system had a error on and was not working, parts from the dash were missing, ..........took it back and sat 4 hours as they fixed the steering wheel, and got the car back with a warning light on my dash. They broke a sensor in the steering wheel that cost me 250.00 plus to fix, my defrost is not working, my seatbelt alarm do not work, my A/C stopped working, (after extensive work on it by another mechanic), my battery keeps dying and my trailer braking system still does not work. They fired the wonderful front desk woman named Stephanie who tried to help. I had a balance due, but in my book 3 stricks and your out. How do I trust this mechanic to put my car back correctly? Maybe if your local you'll get good work, but stay away from them if you are from out of town. I wish I could remember the name of the mechanic that worked on the car. But the owner fired the wrong person, he should have fired the mechanic and not his front desk help. The owner wanted me to bring it in a 4th FOURTH Time to do the job correctly. Would you return?
Fully Loaded Performance was amazing. Ron, the owner, was extremely professional and timely. He gave me a discount as a Bard student and drove me back to campus so I didn't have to wait at the garage. Before going to him I went to Auto Zone in Kingston to check my battery/alternator because I suspected something was wrong. They told me my alternator was shot and it was making my battery deplete. Ron from Fully Loaded told me that wasn't a correct assessment and my battery was actually the one that was shot. My power steering line also had a hole in it. He acquired the parts and fixed my car in one day! Had a great experience overall. Will absolutely go back to him for any car troubles in the future or if I need an oil change.
