I went to advanced auto in chatham to replace my battery in my van that I had ordered online and was ready for pickup. Kiernan installed my battery on my van. He did a great job. He was kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help!

Went to get a code read for my check engine light and the guy who was outside smoking a cigarette couldn’t help me cause he’s “the only one there” but he made time for that cigarette… customer service has become awful!!

Ended up being an ok experience after having getting told they didn't know how to put headlight bulb in

After an unexpected dead battery, I went there for their free battery/alternator/starter testing, and they were happy to do it. Luckily they found nothing wrong, the tech explained that it was most likely a parasitic drain issue, which is "a nightmare to try to find." (This happened once before about a year ago, and again, the dealer couldn't find anything wrong). I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which makes me inclined to go there when I actually DO need something. Thanks!

Tim makes this company great. He offered to change the head lights even though it was raining outside, and they were already closed. That's an outstanding service.

Used to be able to rely on them to be open later than other places. Now they keep closing earlier and earlier.
