Excellent help and service with quality parts and knowledge. Something you can't find anymore. Before I was 16 I was going to Frank for parts and information. Today I was there to get parts for my daughter's 1st car . I'm 44 now... You go to those other places you might as well bring a jar of Vaseline,, to put it short

I have an almost 20 year relationship with chatham auto parts I just now realized. If you value your time as I do, then this is where you want to get your parts. This store does not have a revolving door for their employees, I have dealt with the same three guys this entire time. They are friendly, professional and easy to work with and they get me the correct parts the first time. Tired of the chain store experience? Want to talk to some guys that know what their talking about? Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Took a quick weekend getaway nearby and ran into some car trouble. One of the neighbors recommended this place and they saw us right away, no questions asked. They were courteous, informative and reliable!

I try not to say anything if I don’t have anything positive to say. This one’s easy. I am a loyal customer to Chatham Auto Parts. Why? Because the counter people are so helpful that it’s embarrassing. Not being much of a mechanic or even buying much of anything, I still get treated with respect, integrity and genuine helpfulness.
