This Loves offers clean showers, restrooms, store, parking lot. They have a nice dog park on the side of the building, there is also a little visitors center on the end of the building, descent parking for about 50 trucks but you got to get here early. Good parking goes quick up here in New England. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This one offers a Subway and full service Dunkin Doughnuts. There is a parking lot across the road that I believe is paid parking for the Onvo but it's close enough that you can walk to the Loves and shower and get food, snacks and drinks. The only negative is no laundry and that is really needed in this area for the truckers. My husband drives a truck and im on the road with him so the laundry really piles up. But I still gave it 5 stars ?
Got me in when they had a opening which is to be expected, it was clean and the mechanic was friendly, all in all I couldn't find one thing to complain about .
The tire tech reached out to Brian to ask if a part was available that i needed, in a pinch. Even though he was leaving to go home, he took the time to come back to the shop to help me out. I really appreciate that. Excellent service! Thank you, Brian.

Everything you buy is so overwhelmingly price, but the showers are clean. Buy your fuel and anything else you need before you get there. If drivers stop buying their expensive fuel and 3times overpriced stuff off the shelves maybe they would change their greedy corporate ways
the workshop is simply a disaster. changing a tire on a trailer from registering in line to leaving the workshop takes 18 hours. the work schedule on the doors from 6 to 23 does not correspond to reality. they closed at 21-30 and came to work at 7-00. I was the first in line and parked the car only at 8-15. so draw your own conclusions
I came at 6:00 pm to change a tire and they told me that they could not change it until the next day at 7:00 am. I waited until the morning and they didn’t change it until 11:40am. This is the worst treatment I have ever dealt with. I will never come here again.
Checked in just after noon. Was told there was two trucks in front of me. After several hours I walked back to the shop and was told that I would have to wait until tomorrow. Been here 11 hours now and still nothing. Very unprofessional customer service and uncaring of others time
Checked in just after lunch to get a tire fixed. Was told that it would be a little bit before they could get to me. At 10 at night I still was waiting so I walked over to the shop and found out that they had closed down and gone home for the night. No call or anything.
Terrible service and no respect for anyone but themselves.
The worst experience with loves so far. They charged us double on the price on the roadside assistance. Chris the guy working there is super rude and unprofesional. They told me ETA to location 45min, at the end they charged us for 5h but the job was done in 3h. I would give them 0 stars if that wasan option.
Been here since 9:10am it’s 3:13pm. I was told there was one tire ahead of me and it’d only be 2 hours. This is the second Loves Truck Care I’ve had to use and both experience was the same. I’ll not use them again. Highly recommend finding any other place to get a tire or service done. Update finally in the bay at 3:30pm. Outside dual on trailer. They have to take wheel off to change tire. LMMFAO they definitely need better techs!
