Unbelievable service! My 4 wheel drive hub blew. Drive all night to get my part had me up and running the next morning. Slight transmission issue resolved quickly, did diagnostic tuned my truck up. Best it run in 10 years. Great Guy, Family Man, Knowledgeable and hard working.

**Jordan Boudreau is hands down the best around. Anytime, any place — he’s there. Whenever I call him, he gets me in. Always fair, always honest, and he actually stands behind his work.
I’ll never forget the night my wheel bearing broke late at night. Jordan came and picked my truck up at 12 AM, brought it to his shop, and had it fixed by 2am . No excuses, no nonsense.
Then my rear end went out from pulling all these fat women around 😜 but— guess who I called? Jordan.

I would beware of this place they were hired to tow vehicles and totaled two of my vehicles and damaged others I did take them to court they lost and still refuse to pay I have copies of the court judgment and photos if anyone is interested in seeing it and I can also get a transcript this guy thinks everything is a joke and he is beyond and above everyone else he puts on a good show for customers that's about it I'd stay away
Phenomenal service. Hit a deer a month back, insurance company told me it was a total loss. Jordan had them come do an inspection, ended up being repairable. He gave me a loaner vehicle until my car was finished free of charge. He got all Subaru parts for my 2022 legacy, nothing aftermarket and the car was better than it was before. Excellent customer service, excellent work done on the car! 10/10. Any future vehicle I have or a family member has, will be going to Pit Stop!

When I first met Jordan I thought he was an amazing, honest guy but I came to discover that the work they stated they did, they did not! They told me I needed a front tye rod and it was $140 to replace. I came to find out they never replaced it. He charged me for an AC unit that he never replaced. He charged my mom for numerous check engine repairs and the light always came back on. Then come to find the work he stated he did, he never did the work and charged her $600. Nice guy but he is stealing from everyone! Make sure you get a receipt for all repairs. Make sure you get a receipt for all work done!
They want $20 per tire to mount and balance and I didn't get the help because the guy that does the tires left before I got there so I went to Tesco in Bainbridge New York because they are cheaper they charge $18 per tire to mount an balance I'm alot happier with Tepco
Best place for any kind of auto work! Everyone is courteous, friendly . They do superb work no matter how big or small the job on your vehicle may need. I won't go anywhere else for both my vehicles. Thank you guys!
it's not that it's a bad place!!! Kinda expensive and they take a long time to call back and complete my car understand I didn't have an easy task. So it was time consuming but all around no problems with this place.
I should have posted this long a time ago, this guy went above and beyond to take care of me. When my 2002 tahoe tranny crapped out he drove my truck 200 miles to bring it to me. Thank you Jordan best wishes to you and yours in the New Year!
Jordan and his crew, are always friendly and will do whatever they can to get things fixed for reasonable cost. They've helped me numerous times with little to no appt, as they've been able to. Not many small town, hometown type places like this left around. Will always recommend these guys for anyone in the area. Appreciate you Jordan.
If I lived in the area I would take all my business here. I broke down on highway they picked me n family up took us back to the shop and they were amazing . Nicest group of guys and the cute dog also.You honestly will not find anyone as nice as the owner of the shop .
Great service. Had a flat tire later in the evening like 7pm. They helped us out. ended up buying 4 new tires. They got them on same night even thou it was late. They were nice and friendly.
I couldn't get my work done because my son was taken to the hospital by ambulance so I had to get a ride to get the car seat out of my van .... I hope Jordan can fit me in if I'm not in Syracuse at the hospital with my son. Thanks for your help BOSS!
THEY ARE THE BEST! Had problems with old mechanic, spoke with Sandy and let her know what my problem was. She setup an appt and they took care of me like I was they're only customer. This is the place to go if you need service.
Jordan and company did me a major solid. Had a breakdown on I88 in a 2000 Ford E350 van/school bus converted to a camper van. He had me loaded on a tow truck headed for his shop inside a half hour. He proceeded to work on it straight away, diagnosing multiple sensor failures and fuel injector malfunction on a Ford 7.3 turbo-diesel. He spent the next 11 hours working on it, calling in one of his workers with expertise on the engine type to assist. Had to run for parts to an auto parts store 45 minutes away twice. Even stopped by Burger King to grab me some food without my even asking. Turned out the root cause was bad oil gumming up and clogging fuel injection system components, and several sensor components needed to be replaced due to cascading failures.
Jordan worked all Saturday afternoon and evening until 12:30AM, ensuring the vehicle would be reliable to get me home an hour-and-a-half away. His troubleshoot methods were methodical and thoughtful with apparent system knowledge and thoroughness. He charged a very reasonable rate when he could easily have taken advantage of the situation. The total bill was surprisingly low for the effort with generous price breaks.
I am extremely grateful for the professional service and genuine concern for my well-being. Way over and above. These guys are the bomb.

Had to tow my truck from another shop that had it sitting outside for 2 weeks and inside for one day only to have the job half done, Jordan got my truck in the shop 2days later and he let me finish what I wanted to finish, in his parking lot.
Outstanding service!!!!! They went out of their way to help us after being stranded on the side of the road. Towed us and even had someone else come to make sure we had a ride to the shop bc there was 4 of us. Had our car fixed in no time!!!! Would highly recommend them !
