It's understaffed, no one at the front desk to meet new customers. The layout is odd. In the beginning, they were not very communicative but that improved.
On the plus side, the prices were very reasonable and we'll probably return for the next car inspection.

Stopped to get an estimate, the owner finally came to the office after 10 minutes, as I started to tell him what I needed done, he cut me off to complain about his day then go on to say he's to tiered to do anything else. The job was pretty easy but apparently they got enough money they can pick and choose what work they want. Just from the bad costumer service I definitely wouldn't recommend here

My experience with Donovan's is always great. They take care of you as if you're extended family. Very respectful and friendly. Whether your there for an oil change or a repair. They will take great care of you and your vehicle.
Very nice and easy to work with, but literally every repair we've had them do in the past two years has needed to be re-repaired by someone else within two months.

Joe is genuinely the most reliable car guy we know. He gets us in when we need him and won't try to scam us. My family has been going to him for over 40 years and haven't had a single complaint. Good guy, great business.
