Actual lifesavers. We are making a drive from MD to Toronto and had to make it through an orange warning snowfall. We realized our tires were not going to make it. Made some calls and another store recommended them as they have a good selection of tires. Got on the line with them, they had the tires in stock, and told us they would be avaible to take us in to get us on the road again. The whole process they were transparent and kind. The turn around time was about an hour for all four tires. We are back on the road now and it feels like a brand new car. They treated us like family and made sure we were safe to make the journey. I cannot thank them enough.
On 12/20 I had an appointment to swap 4 mounted tires on my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 (Factory Rims and Sensers). The appointment was 30 min. late to start. I was told i had a bad senser but received a notification on my Chev App the tire was low when I gave the OK to change the senser. According to Google this could not occur if a sensers battery was dead as I was led to believe. Also there is a 13 lb. difference between left front (45) tire pressure and right rear tire pressure (32) when I left and also after driving on Rt 490 at 70 MPH. for 60 miles. I will never do business with Saddam's in Perry again!!!!

Everyone worked really hard to complete a long process Hard task for me it wasvery successfully with great service and communication. Highly recommend.
Had them do some minor front end repair on a work truck, told them to check the entire front end during the process and they missed some major things which were very noticeable when driving the vehicle which they found after we took it back in. They were very honest about it, gave us a nice discount, and even worked late to get the repairs done the same day!
Professional sales they set me up with the proper toyo tires for my avalon and went the extra mile to ensure it was done before the end of my work day!
I will go nowhere else from now on!
Needed a tube for my 51 8n but found out it also needed a new rim. Sedam' s had one in stock and delivered it quickly. The young man that worked on the tractor did a great job and I'm sure it will last another 73 years. Thanks

Had a screw in the tread of my wife’s truck tire. Took it in and Josh was great. He took the truck without an appointment and got it taken care of. Every time I use Sedam’s, they’re very honest and efficient in getting things fixed. I really value their service.
I showed up at the wrong time 8:00 when it was supposed to be 3:30. They moved some things around and did it right away. Even after I said it was my fault I could come back later.

Looks like the work I asked for was done well. No complaints on workmanship. Everyone has to make a living but the cost of changing from winter tires to all seasons is pretty expensive.
Very friendly place, bought my last set of tires there and return every 5000 miles for oil change and tire rotation, and I'm in and out in about an hour. They seem very flexible when setting an appointment. I'm sure will be continuing to there business.

When my daughter was stuck with a flat tire and no way to get to the shop, they DROVE TO HER, helped her get the tire off the car, put a new tire on the rim and helped her get it back on the car.
All of this on a Saturday morning 45 minutes before closing.

Will not take my car back. Ever since my car has been to this shop one thing after another has been wrong! Not only that, but I felt talked down to as I am a woman. I had my husband on the phone with me and he had to be put on speaker and he spoke to them instead cause he could hear how rude they were.
Our check engine light came on and the Chrysler dealership down the road couldn't even spare a minute to diagnose our Pacifica for us. Sedam Tire really helped us out. The employees were kind and helpful!
Recommended by family to come to Sedam as we were visiting from out of town and had a vibration issue that was likely wheel balance related. Turned out it sure was and they got us sorted out and the issue fixed in no time flat! They also squeezed us in on extremely short notice. Couldn't have asked for better help or service and understand why our family won't go anywhere else in the area for wheel and tire work.
My car needed major engine work and we were 250 miles from home. Sedam Tire came up with an innovative solution that got me home with no problems. Taking my car to a dealership hoping repairs aren't too much. At least I saved the $1000 it would have cost me to tow it home and we were able to get our stuff out of the rented cabin we were in. Stopped in today because a low pressure alarm went off, scaring me, and the light came on. They took my car right in added air to the tires, checked them and updated the system. They were very busy and down on help but didn't hesitate to help. No charge! I've used them in the past and can't say enough how great they are!! Thankyou!!
