Heard something scraping under my car and just randomly stopped at Michael's auto as I was traveling from Canada. Michael and his mechanic were so helpful and informative and removed a hanging panel and did not charge me. We had a great talk and I would highly recommend this shop for their honesty and kindness. We offered them payment but Michael refused. Thank you guys, you are great!!!
These guys were amazing. I am visiting from out of town, towing a little travel trailer and my tire pressure warning light came on. After some inquiring another shop owner who is closed due to an injury recommended Michael’s. They took me in quickly and found nothing wrong with the tire. They check it thoroughly and topped them all off. Most likely a sensor issue but I know I’m safe to drive home. They were so kind and accommodating and the shop itself is a treasure trove of the most unusual things (all for sale!). It’s so refreshing to walk in and know you are dealing with kind honest people. I highly recommend!
I would like to recommend Michael's Auto Sales for service. I came in with a tire losing pressure issue, Michael did not have the tire in stock and had to order one. Michael lent me an air tank so that I could return when the tire came in without have to change over to spare. Thank you for the use of the air tank. Service was great, would highly recommend,
This place is a joke. I got a car and paid extra for mechanical coverage and within two weeks engine light came on and he said I had to bring it to him only. So I had to get it started and take it back and after him having it two days I get it back and two days later engine light came back on and did the same thing again and I took it back and two days later I get it back and have it a week and everything happened again so I take it back and he said I did something to it and that he guy had already fixed it twice which was a lie. He never fixed it. Rip off so BUYERS BEWARE
They did NOT FIX my car, they left me stranded with a child & refused to cover a tow back to their shop 4 days after they fixed my car it did the same thing as before& no refund ticourt

Belt snapped on the highway. I was able to make it in to town where they fixed the belt free of charge (purchased my own belt at napa previously). They were kind and courteous. Couldn't recommend enough

I had a flat tire today, and was hoping that it was only a nail. I Pulled into Michael’s Auto Sales In Whitney Point NY with the anxiety that i usually have from driving so many miles on the road, will my problem be solved and do i have to prepare to call roadside service. Mike and his employees were obviously busy, but he stopped everything he was doing and paid attention to my flat tire. I have never had the owner of a company stop whatever they were doing to address something that is not their unfortunate circumstance like Mike did. If he has this much attention to something as trivial as a flat tire i know he will be focused on the quality of the vehicles he is selling. My spare tires mounted and i’m on my way, If i’m in the market for a used vehicle i’m going to these people first because of such a redeeming positive experience.
My husband and I were 40 minutes into our return trip to Maryland when our car started making a noise. We stopped by Michael’s Auto Sales and Service, and they were able to look at our car within minutes. Thankfully, nothing was wrong - probably had been a lodged stone from a gravel road we traveled on. Mike and his mechanic were very nice and friendly! However, he wouldn’t accept any payment from us no matter how many times we offered! I would highly recommend this place!

Awesome service experience at Michael’s. Had an unexpected issue with a tire while on a road trip. Got a recommendation for Michael’s from Ace Hardware and headed over. They looked at the car on the spot, diagnosed the problem and repaired the tire in 30 minutes to get our party back on the road. They couldn’t be nicer or more efficient. Highly recommend!
Bought my car in April 2019. Went to pick up car, no title. Had to come back once he had title. Within a week, discovered heat didn't work on passenger side. Also, saw leak on my driveway. Addressed both issues with them. Told me leak was residual from previous leak repair they made. Still
Leaking in November 2019. Took it to another shop and told me it was transmission cooling line leaking. Michael refused to fix it.
Heat issue...long story short in shop three times to repair....still no heat on passenger side November 2019. I take pics of odometer when I drop my car off at a shops. When my car was in for heat repair, it had been driven 50 miles! They claimed it was to check heat repair. It's not necessary to drive at all to check heat. It can sit in parking lot. Would I buy another car or use their repair shop... absolutely not!

Bought a truck from here, now 4thousand miles later I have to replace the whole front suspention tie rods inner n outer, upper n lower control arms n ball joints, sway bar links hubs and bearings, and axles over 1500$
I will never recommend this place to anyone

Great customer service! The best experience I have had buying a car. Start to finish was less than 2 days and I was on my way to vacation! Made it to my vacation spot and back home with no issues, even rocked my "Michael's Auto Sales t-shirt (everyone loves the shirts)! Our car broke down right when Michael's was closing. They were willing to stay open past hours to help us out. Unfortunately the car was not fixable within the day, so the owner, Michael, generously offered to give us a ride. Very satisfied with the friendly and accommodating service Michael's offered. I would highly recommend this business.
Mike helped me out alot to get my new truck. I appreciate all that he did. Even having bad credit he still found a way to get me into the truck I've been drooling over for a while now. He is taking good care of the truck before I drive it off the lot. Again Mike and crew, I appreciate everything man. This guy sat there and told me the car I was looking at was in perfect condition and never been in an accident. I was suspicious because he wouldn't give me a vehicle report so I went home and looked it up. Turns out, the car was a salvage title. Someone had run it into a tree. Reported to the BBB. Do not trust this guy.
