I used this place a few years ago because they were close by and it was $1,000.00 learnong experience. My wife had a 2015 hyaundai Santa fe sport and after replacing the battery I tried to bypass the starter through the fuze box and it would not start that way. So now I knew the starter was bad and needed to replacing. Had the it towed there and the starter replaced. A day later and the person in charge there calls me and tells me that it wasn't the starter that it was in fact an alternator. Three rebuilt alternators later and tha vehicle is running again. Mind the bill now is up to 900 dollars. My wife gets in the car and drives it 20 miles and it breaks down and has to be towed back to shop and the mechanic says the tow is on him. Well the next day I am told the vehicle now needs a new engine and it's $5,000.00. I tell the guy he is a crook and he accuses me of blowing up my own starter and I tell him im coming to get my vehicle and take it to the dealer; to which he tells me that if I come and get the vehicle without reminbursing him for the tow hea going to call the cops. The next day I pay the 140 for the two from the day before and have it towed to the dealer. Turns out the engine is under warranty through Hyaundai and no cost involved. So so so glad I took it to the hyaundai dealer because Rutkowski's was probably going to keep any that was paid to them i.e. the $5,000.00 that quoted to me (if I had paid it and am so glad that I did not) and then get a warranty from the dealer anyway. Like I said when I first talked the one and only time I ever used your shop "You're a crook sir."

Very well cleaned shop, not only the office but the shop itself. When the garage doors are open you can see right in and it’s very very clean. They’re cleaner must be amazing at his job
My daughter has driven her car for 2 years never breaking down, drove it in because it was acting up. They charged her $500 for plugs and wires. She picked it up drove it no more than 3 miles up the road parked it went to leave again and it through an error code shaking and she was afraid to drive it. They charged her $120 to tow it back down and said it needed a fuel pump. I had it towed somewhere else where they found the air filter cover was never fastened down and they drove it for 2.5 weeks without any issues. I called them asking for a refund on the tow and the owner hung up on me. Only time that vehicle hasn’t ran was one time and that was minutes after leaving this place. Still has same fuel pump and runs fine.
He was able to get me in and out very quick. I told him I had to stay until my truck was done due to my ride back home fell thru. He was very busy but made sure to get me right in. Didn't try selling me on anything other than what I was there for. I believe it was the owner that I was dealing with and he was very nice and friendly. I try and support local businesses rather than the big guys. Will 100% use them in the future!
