On April 3rd My husband visited for a straightforward oil change and a long-overdue fix on an electronic side mirror that has been stuck for months. Instead of simply addressing these issues, your team opted to exploit us with a multipoint inspection on our low-mileage Jeep Compass Limited 2021, suggesting a slew of needless services—to the tune of $2400. From brake fluid replacement to coolant changes, it was an upsell extravaganza that we never asked for. Adding insult to injury, following this exploitative service, we were hit with two tickets for an expired inspection—something your supposedly thorough staff failed to address. My husband, initially thinking these were parking tickets, soon discovered the true nature of the fines. We expected your team to handle this basic responsibility. Instead, we were met with blame and dismissal, claiming my husband failed to mention the inspection was expired. A complete disregard for accountability from your team! Our attempts to resolve this fiasco were met with sheer incompetence—a reflection of the negligent management. The service manager was perpetually “unavailable,” reinforcing the belief that leadership at your establishment is riddled with incompetence and indifference toward paying customers. We expect immediate rectification and an overhaul of your service practices to prevent such glaring oversights in the future. Acknowledgment from your management and pertinent corrective measures are expected, without delay. Your action is required to salvage the trust we’ve lost in your service department.

I went in today to get a diagnostic for my car because it needs to be serviced. I was welcomed by a service rep (Jaimilee) and I was definitely impressed. Not only was my car serviced the same day, she was able to give me a run down of the parts needed and was VERY knowledgeable of everything - literally everything! If you need an honest consultation, I recommend speaking with her and being transparent about your needs/wants - you are definitely in good hands with her!

The service is absolutely pathetic. Firstly, they ignored about the driver side speaker which was not functioning from day one then in the third servicing they agreed that theres a problem. All front desk people are lazy. My odometer had a problem they ordered after a month and then the odometer kept blinking as they never reset the things. When i took the car to them on july 11 they said they’ll order some computer part and fix it. The part came today after 45 days and now the steering wheel buttons are not working. They offered free car wash as if they are doing a big favor and i said plz do it only to realize that the rep couldnt hear me saying YES. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND SINCERELY REQUEST NOT TO GO THEIR. They deserve negative rating if there was ever an option…. Disgusting and shameful!!!! Just dont go.

Zero stars. Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and DO NOT go to this service shop. Their goal is to scam you for thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. I had to take out a loan to cover the cost of service- which took me months to pay off. I was scammed because I trusted them. Always get a second opinion from your local mechanic before agreeing to “emergency” repair work. In addition to all the unnecessary work they did on my NEW vehicle, they told me I needed new brakes (I held off at the time because that would have been even more money). Later a local mechanic confirmed that my brakes were fine. DO NOT GO HERE. Unfortunately, I won’t get my $$$ back but KARMA will return to them what they deserve.

Don't ever take services from so call advisor Jordan he's a unreliable lier that has been playing with repairs since January 18. Still today April 3rd Still don't have the vehicle.

My car has been there since 11/22/23 until present day and they haven’t been able to fix it or even try to get me a loaner they always say they will give me a call back and neva do they have had an inspector come look at my car about 4 times already I’ve spent more than 3k in rentals and not a dollar back worst customer service I have ever dealt with

I had the absolute worst time here today with Crystal serving us, I'm absolutely disgusted in how she treated me, spoke to me and carried herself, I paid for an oil change to get done and they made the mistake of giving another car My oil change and once they realize it was their mistake Crystal started to act like nothing can be done as if the system can't make any revisions to this order. I'm telling you to please avoid this place like the plague, and I will be contacting the BBB to report this service center for their atrocious business practices and shameful customer service.

Very dissatisfied with their service. Took the car in twice for an oil leak they said they did not find. So I had to gather more evidence to prove that oil is leaking. They have had my car for a week now. I called in for 3 different updates and never got a return call. Everytime I call no one is available to give me an update. Only way I get anything out of them is if I go directly in. I've inquired about a loaner and still have no update on that process

First and foremost, I’m all for giving good rating when service is provided. I started taking my vehicle for service at Riverdale in early 2023 and noticed that every two weeks I have to make a new appointment for the same issue. Whenever I dropped off the vehicle for service, I never received not one phone call regarding an update. I even asked to speak to service advisor mgt Albert Pico to assist me on the matter pretending to the customer service and lack of service and he declined. In many occasions I attempted to get information about the vehicle whenever I have service and will be giving a bogus excuse. I’ve even been harassed via landline and bribe to complete a survey online to give good rating that wasn’t provided for a free oil change. The staff members are rude, unpleasant, inconsiderate, and obnoxious. After numerous attempts on trying to fix my vehicle for the same issue I was unable to resolve the problem and left location and give a negative review. After leaving a negative review of my honest experience of the location I was no longer welcome at the location and my vehicle remained with the same problem. Note: Albert Pico whose picture is displayed shouldn’t underestimate the power of defamation of character.

My experience with Riverdale chrysler was something else. Never again will I bring my car to Riverdale chrysler again. The worst experience I've had with any chrysler service shop. 1.the advice I had was so I don't know what word to use. I told he the reason I was there noise in the front problem with my window and service. I told her my warranty covers everything but she kept telling me NO! 2.now onto parts and labor for my chrysler 300. My warranty company told me Riverdale chrysler was up selling the parts and labor. Like a part the cost 80$ chrysler service said 300$. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO RIVERDALE CHRYSLER DONT GO BECAUSE YOU'LL BE ROBBED. 3 I took my car out of there after a day with no work done because kayle didn't listen to me the customer.

These guys are hands down the laziest workers I have ever encountered in a parts department. They will just give you a bunch of excuses instead of finding the best solution to help you out. looks like they just hire people to sit and hang out, let’s not even get started the manager nabu isn’t any better.
