I just wrote a review on the satisfaction survey they send out after the car is fixed. I'm including it here, because it says all that is needed. "Your team went above and beyond. Not only did you fix the damage to my car, but you restored my paint job to factory perfect on the entire car. Mike and staff members I dealt with were kind, courteous, to the point. I appreciate the directness, as well as the absolute willingness to make my vehicle shine upon pick up. I'm so happy. I will be sure to send you business if I have the opportunity to refer someone. Thank you so much!" Seriously, you can't go wrong with this shop. My damage wasn't extensive, mostly cosmetic, but all the panels were smashed together and I couldn't even open my door. They guarantee their work, quick to finish, and they work professionally with insurance claims. I had a no fault accident, and they worked with the insurance adjuster to be sure the other guys insurance took care of everything. Amazing experience! Look how shiny my babygirl came back to me! 💗

This is my second time using Five J’s and they did an amazing job once again. My car looks brand new. Mike was very professional and was able to give me an approximate time on when my car would be ready which both times were right on schedule. The updates were extremely helpful. I really appreciate their service and they were professionals. My car window was smashed in and my air bag was stollen. Although it was extremely inconvenient, Five J’s fixed my car and even made sure that other damaged areas done by those thieves were fixed as well. If heaven forbid I ever have another incident I would def. come back here. I highly recommend!

This place is A1 I took my 2016 Lexus ES there after getting in a car crash when a taxi ran the red light. When I tell you they fixed it like it was before the accident happened is an under statement. It's drove the same and the paint match the rest of the car perfectly. The shop took about 3 weeks to repair and get my vehicle back on the road. Brian kept me informed each step of the way.. and I believe Mike was the mechanic. They did an fantastic job on my baby A+.

I was in a car accident where I was rear ended. My husband had been at 5Js many years ago and suggested I go there. When I came in for an estimate, I spoke with Johnny who said he could have the process expedited which I appreciated. The car was scheduled to take about a week and a half to repair but was done in 6 days. They did AMAZING work! The car looked brand new when I saw it. I couldn’t even believe it was my car. It was not in the best condition inside and they throughly cleaned it which I did not expect. Truly appreciative of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

I have had the best experience with Five J’s than I have ever had with any other body shop. They are professional, compassionate, and very efficient. I came to repair my car here for a repeat recovery to my front bumper. What took another body shop 3 weeks to fix, they did the same job in 7 days. As you can imagine, having to have your car repaired for whatever reason is a stressful situation. With Five J’s you can be assured that you are in good hands. I took my TLX to get painted and I absolutely, recommend Five J’s Automotive. I needed my car right before the 4th of July weekend and Mike made sure to finish it beforehand, which was fantastic. My daughter leased BMW was hit by what appeared to be a drunk driver, side mirror and body ripped off. I selected 5 J’s because they’ve been doing my photo car inspections for over ten years. Mike called and said they would take care of everything with the insurance company, car was repaired in a very timely manner, awesome incredible job, my daughter and I agreed. They made what was a stressful situation, incredibly easy to deal with. I'm so grateful for Mike and the staff’s help, and how professional they were with us. Thanks again. New review 7/10/2023, an electric scooter hit my Subaru Outback, the scooter pulled out the bottom of my passenger back side out, and damaging the side window, causing horrible scratches and dents. the guy took off when I started calling the police. Called my insurance company and took my car to Five J's Automotive because they did such a great job with my daughters car. Again, they helped me out with everything relieving the stress regarding the situation that caused the damage to my car. They are professional, kind, respectful, and work with you and your insurance company to get things done properly and efficiently! The car looked absolutely beautiful, and the inside looked like new as they made sure it is immaculate before returning the car. Having a pitbull and German Shepherd that shed like crazy, I tried my best to take the hair out before taking the car to them, wasn't successful. They did an incredible job. I wish I could rate them with 10 stars, believe me, when you are involved in an accident, Mike and Crew just make a stressful situation easier to deal with. If I ever need them for body work or repairs, Mike and crew are the only people I will trust:)
