Had a rock go through my windshield on a friday afternoon while driving through the Bronx. The owner Christopher and his brother Mikey who I believe is the parts guy were very helpful. Christopher gave me a ride home and Mikey was fast at getting me the windshield. They got the windshield and had their guys come in on a Saturday to put it in so that I wouldn't be out of a truck for the weekend. They had me back on the road by noon. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Five jays was amazing I had a fine young man named Johnny that went over and beyond with the towing services for my vehicle, I will definitely be using five jays for further automotive services and telling my family and friends about Johnny and five jays.I also want to add that Janitza the dispatcher was very polite and had awesome customer service skills and kept me posted on where abouts of my tow truck arrival.

My car was stolen in Manhattan and found in the Bronx. The police had Five J's automotive pick up my car and bring it to their location . If you ever have your car towed, you want a company like this to tow it. Patricia was super nice on the telephone and just as nice when I got to their shop. The other nice young lady was very helpful in contacting the insurance company to take care of the paperwork to pay for the towing and storage. They also offered their services to repair my car. They allowed me to go into their yard and look at my car and get my personal items. I've had three experiences with other towing companies in my lifetime that made me think that they're all nasty and Cutthroat kind of people. I have just been proven wrong. & they gave me a pen.

First and most important, they did a phenomenal job repairing damage from a rear end collision. My car was returned to me like the day I pulled it off the lot. Thank you Johnny and BC. My car was hit and the front bumper and left light needed to be repair, I went to five Js, first of all as soon as that I got there I was greeted very nicely. The customer service employees, the girls Johnny he made sure he took care of everything that I needed. I didn't even had a rental car at the moment and he makes sure I got a rental car and that the rental company pick me up. He told me how many days it was gonna take and they gave me the car on that day. When I got there my car look brand new. I was so so happy with my car the way it look, in love instantly, They even cleaned the inside of my car, like I am beyond blessed with the service that I receive on five Js automobile I really recommend it to everybody. Thank you so much!" Seriously, you can't go wrong with this shop. My damage wasn't extensive, mostly cosmetic, but all the panels were smashed together and I couldn't even open my door. They guarantee their work, quick to finish, and they work professionally with insurance claims. I had a no fault accident, and they worked with the insurance adjuster to be sure the other guys insurance took care of everything. Amazing experience! Look how shiny my babygirl came back to me!
