Whose idea is that you stand on street where cars go so you can check and grab a Christmas tree.? But put them deeper in so I can check them and not be worried about driving cars constantly… that smart guy who figured out do this way probably not that smart… everyone who will come to store will see them anyway and if they will want they will get them… just saying

Ordered 2 large sub platters, large fruit and veggies, cheese platter, cookie and brownie platter. Called the day prior to confirm, told everything was all set. The day of pick up, we’re missing the fruit and dessert platters. Drove 30 minutes back to the store and told they did not have the brownie platter on their order form, however it was on the order form they provided us with the first round of platters. Very disappointing!

Prices average 30-40% higher than major competitors a few miles away. Terrible customer service. Long lines. It is conveniently located on my commute. I wanted to like this store but never going there again. One register open while four employees are sitting around talking? Typical.

Love their selection of everything. They usually always have all the featured sale items as well as a wide variety of produce and international items that are sure to please anyone's palate! The night cashier is always friendly and helpful and the store is CLEAN!

I frequent this location almost exclusively and it deeply disturbs me to see ashtrays near the inventory of propane tanks out front by the bus stop. Not only are you forced to inhale the employees cigarette smoke while exiting/entering the building or waiting for the bus, but you are now at risk for a propane emergency despite the massive tank locker saying NO SMOKING. You would think there's at least trace amounts of common sense left in the world. This every day habit has proven me wrong. Please find a new place to put the ashtrays. As it is, there should be no smoking at the bus stops. It's so uncomfortable for us non smokers. Update: a month+ later...still forced to sit in the second hand smoke as the entitled employees sit about 5 ft from a no smoking sign that couldn't be any clearer. Really disappointed. Hannaford is cleaner and more affordable anyway Update a few weeks after that: have done absolutely nothing as i sit here and watched some daft, undereducated employee light a cigarette where it says "flammable gas, no smoking"....and i get the joy of breathing in cigarette smoke...next call will be to code or the fire dept i really don't care, it's so annoying

Andrew, the bottle room attendant was very helpful in assisting me and Jay in the deli made a very delicious veggie sandwich. They both displayed excellent customer service!

The wheel locking thing is the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen in my life. I get you're trying to stop people from just leaving with their groceries. But I had literally just went through self checkout and then to the door. So a giant alarm goes off and my car stops and I smack into it with my stomach. Really crappy. If someone wanted to steal they'd just bring their own bags and walk out anyway. Embarrassing to have the entire store stare at you and your cart while you wait for someone to unlock your wheels and say "sorry about that, it happens" is not okay As an update it happened again a few months later with two Starbucks coffees in the cart. They flew everywhere and I had no time to have the super busy Starbucks remake my drinks so I was out $16 covered in coffee and embarrassed

Great grocery store. Produce is solid. Good organic choices if you’re into that. Aisles are ample enough to make you comfortable stopping to take a long look without impeding other shoppers.

Wish I could leave 0. Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered at work for her anniversary. Order showed fulfilled, out for delivery with a driver's name. Next update was that the order was cancelled due to the fact the store could not fulfill the order?! Not only did they never show up, but they wasted half my day making it seem like the order was processing. Not even contacting me to say, "hey we can't do those flowers but how about this instead". Don't offer what you can't do. Well done guys, thanks a bunch!

Store is great. It's clean. The only problem I have is that the entrance on the side of Starbucks smells like cigarettes and smoke. It was a very strong smell. I tried to call but never got through

Whats the deal with self checkouts every few items screen says wait for the attendant? It was happening at all 4 self checkouts. Poor cashier was flustered. If you're going to overcharge at least make your self check out system painless. Give me something for overpaying furthermore what was happening was not fair to the cashier.

Large store. We were looking for ginger, I wasn’t sure what my lady I cared for, was looking for. 2 different ladies helped her out. They couldn’t understand what exactly she was look in g for cause she kept saying mesh bag. One girl was from vegetable section. The other I think was seasoning . After the continued conversation, the young lady in vegetable section finally said she knew what she was looking for. She walked away and brought back the ginger she was looking for. The ladies were so very helpful. Only problem was at register. We went to one with light on. I kept looking for the person. They were all looking at me when I asked who was on the register. The young lady at next register went and got the gentleman who I had seen looking at us. It took her going and telling him to have him come to ring us out. I told the supervisor on way out. They store us overall a great place to shop. The young man was very friendly. Young people sometimes have their heads somewhere else. I’m sure he will be much better now.

Easy to find items. Everything was in stock. There was a huge variety of veggies and fruit which were fresh, with a good selection of meats and seafood also. Workers were pleasant. I also had a return that was done without problem. Check out was quick and there were enough registers open. The cashier was knowledgeable and asked a few questions about the kinds of veggies that we purcgased. We did not self check out. The store was clean and items easy to find. Will return to this store. The parking lot was also well attended with no stray carts. Atmosphere was pleasant for shopping

I used to be a loyal customer of shoprite. But I bought stink lobster 3 times. Then I switch to market 32. The seafoods are fresh. The meat are in good quality. I like the organic shelves. A great place to do the grocery. Only problem is cakes all seems too sweet and no healthy options.

2022 Update to my original review below; get ready for an essay: Unfortunately the change to market 32 has been primarily to cosmetics and pricing. Both are higher than before and it’s not clear what of substance has improved. The single best thing about price chopper was the bakery. Not only was the bread great, but you could actually go to the counter, smile, say hello, and ask for a freshly sliced loaf. It made you feel like you were in a local bakery … with real people; real bakers. The bread is still good, but that feel, that experience, just isn’t the same. What kind of maniacs reduce the size of the in house bakery to add tables full of junk food and sweets that are clearly being shipped in. The bagels don’t seem the same either. During COVID they bagged the bagels which made them inedible and it doesn’t feel like the quality and freshness has come back. Maybe it’s in my head and the flavors are the same, but the all new look is completely unnecessary and the overall experience has eroded. Don’t let this reflect on the staff, this is a problem with overactive corporate whigs who have to make big moves to justify they’re big salaries. Please sit back down and let the store run. No one needed fancy signage and altered layouts. Frankly, the store was better laid out before. I can only hope that no one was laid off to pay for this experiment in self importance. If you’re still reading you’re likely also frustrated and understand why I keep lowering my rating … 4 stars … 3 stars … Original Review from 2016: This is one of the better standard grocery stores I've found in the area since moving from a much bigger city. Price chopper isn't the cheapest, but if you coupon, it probably is, and you get a much better selection of gourmet foods than many other stores.

Absolutely the worst managed price chopper and grocery store that I have been in. In particular the produce department. They don't keep it stocked with basic necessities. If you want lettuce you better go in the early morning. Show up after 6 pm and it's bare shelves. I constantly have to go to other grocery stores to get able to buy staples. Now I only go to the store if I need a quick stop to pick up a perepacked item on the shelf.

In the middle of giving an order at the deli, the woman decided to walk away from me to help a woman, a few minutes later she finished my order. I walked away without saying thank you, I had a lot on my mind and she yells you're welcome ma'am, then again even louder and I looked and realized she was yelling at me, how humiliating to treat a customer. I did nothing to deserve to be treated like that. Nothing. Update on 5/3/22 I'm at the cash register and the cashier was curt, not friendly, to begin with, I turn around and I use the wrong card, I used my debit card and I asked her if she could cancel, I explained that this was the last of my money and I meant to use my credit card. She refused to cancel, saying it was too late, I didn't even put my pin number in my account, because it's a debit card. Then, all my money was taken instead of using my credit card and I know she could have canceled it so I could have at least used the credit card. I had to go to the bank today so I wouldn't get an overdraft fee. I am scraping by as it is. I had to borrow the money to put in the bank. Thank you Price Chopper for the lack of help. It feels like if they don't know you, then they don't care. Where do they find the employees? I'm never going back to this store. Talk about humiliation. Btw, I did the survey and made a complaint. Haven't heard from you and probably won't.

This location is very popular and busy, but they do an excellent job of getting people through in a timely manner. They were restocking the shelves while we were there at 4:30-5:00, and they plenty of staff getting the job done. Excellent shopping experience. Good job Slingerlands Market 32.

Good grocery store. Usually go Sunday nights to pick up groceries for the week. For the most part everything is easy to find and items aren't that overpriced. They also offer self checkout if you are looking to just be in and out real quick with a couple of items. Parking is also decent, but it can be a little hard getting out if you park in the parking spots closest to the store entrance.

This is one of the gems of the price chopper locations. It has everything, is in great condition and the floral section is fantastic. I can’t say enough about how great the flowers are here, both from a design/quality standpoint but they always have nice items that aren’t super expensive.

Conveniently located right beyond the Troy/Brunswick town lines,store #003 offers most food items and more.The parking lot is spacious and clean,thanks to the parking lot crew.There is always shopping carts available, large and small in the side area of the front entrance.The carts are available,without blocking egress. The store is clean,and orderly.The staff are very friendly,knowledgable,and welcoming. To a shopper like myself,these are essential components needed to develop a strong camaraderie community, between the store staff,and consistent customers.

I have shopped at this Price Chopper since it opened and had always been pleased with it. I have ordered fruit and veggie platters many times and found it to be reliably good quality. But over the last six months I have found that the quality has deteriorated markedly. The condition of the store (cleanliness) and the quality of the produce has not been consistent good. In addition, I find that I often have to wait on lengthy lines to check out. I am disappointed and it may be time to consider changing stores.

Bought produce on several occasions that was bad by the time I used it, which was within 2 days. I often purchase alcoholic beverages while shopping and it seems like the cashier is never old enough to sell it so have to wait for someone else to approve the sale. Good news is the store is always clean and neat, the employees are very friendly and you can tell they take pride in where they work.

I've been shopping here for years...go to for me, when it comes to grocery shopping. No real complaints, good store.

Price Chopper is always my go to grocery store. When you watch for sales, the deals are great. The facility is always clean and staff on the floor is very friendly and always says hello. Saleem is the best cashier ever! The gas savings are a perk. This location also has two level-two EV chargers that you can use for free for up to two hours.

Produce is usually fresh and well stocked. Skip the breakfast sandwiches, most disappointed egg sandwich of my life.

Great selection, especially for food items and their growler station! Their pizzas are reasonably priced and are quite good. Pretty convenient location, with plenty of parking. Phone system to place pizza orders can be problematic on occasion. If you can get a person on the phone, you're good; getting through the automated menu can be a challenge at times.
