I dropped off two signed prints from my family’s estate and politely requested that they inform me of their pricing on the items so I could decide whether or not I wanted to sell them at their assessed price. I had also described and showed pictures of the two prints to the man behind the desk who agreed some of the artists’ prints are known to be highly collectible. They sent me an itemized list on Saturday at which time I requested they do not put them on the floor at $12 each(ridiculously low) and I would pick them up. They responded by saying one had already sold (questionable)and it is not their policy to inform consignors of their pricing before placing them for sale. They also said the man denied having ever spoken to me about the items. I find it to be in extremely bad faith to not be able to respect a simple request for some additional communication regarding items that may be of special importance to a customer/consignor. This business needs to realize the importance of the relations they keep with their consignors who are providing the inventory to allow them to make money.

Excellent service, clean, tidy... Ended up finding a few treasures.. .There was a really lovely bone china teapot that I bought with hand painted forget -me-nots along with lilies of the valley...absolutely delightful..you never know what you will find. Check it out.
