Billy did today work on my car today at no charge to me I did drive it for a little while after tomorrow going to work and coming home will be good I have a feeling im proud to say its not doing it anymore
I needed my car towed to a location approximately 4 minutes away (less than 2 miles). I called this place because it was also only about 4 minutes away from me, so I figured the price would be reasonable. They wanted $150 to tow my car 1.3 miles! No thank you. Fortunately, I found another place that offered to tow it for $60.
My car insurance made arrangements for this company to get unstuck in my own driveway. As a disabled senior veteran I can no longer push my car out of the mud (it was only 1 tire). After negotiating a ridiculously high price for the few minutes it would take the insurance rep hung up for me to give directions. At that point the gentleman told me to call the local mechanic because he did not want to send a driver all the way to my house.
We were traveling to Michigan when othe engine in our Honda Pilot began running rough and the emission light came on. We searched for a local auto mechanic and found Burns and Son just a few miles away. We called and they said to drive right over and they would check things out. When we arrived, Mike came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to order the needed part and put it in immediately when it arrived.While we waited for the part, he kindly pointed us in the right direction to grab some lunch. All in all excellent, accurate and friendly service. Thank you Mike and Burns and Son!
