This place is beyond awesome, 4 different auto shops couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my truck and in under an hour they not only had to figured out but had it fixed! Randy definitely knows his vehicles and Nicole is a whiz at customer service!!! I would recommend to anyone! They always take the time to explain what’s going on and consistently go above and beyond whenever my vehicles need repairs. It’s rare to find a shop this trustworthy!
I called to get my Jeep inspected before the end of the month (two weeks to spare) and was able to get in right away! Pricing was more than fair for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Randy and Nicole are both very friendly and honest. Great addition to the area!

I'm not sure that there are enough stars to adequately describe how incredible this business is. We are from Boston and had the misfortune of breaking down far from home in what turned out to be the final demise of our five year old Chrysler Pacifica. We had to get the van towed to Werner's and from there we were at a bit of a loss as to what to do next, specifically since Chrysler's famous Roadside Assistance Program gave us a "Sucks to Be You" response when we asked for help. Enter Nicole, owner of Werner's. She gives a new definition to going above and beyond. She took it upon herself to phone around area businesses in search of car dealers/junk yards etc in hopes of finding a purchaser. She was able to secure a company that came out, purchased the vehicle, and towed it away. I'm not sure what we would have done without her expert help as we were reaching one dead end after the next. Because our stay in NY got extended due to this situation, we got to know locals who also confirmed what an asset this business is to the community, stating that they only bring their cars to Randy for mechanical work. When our transaction was complete, I tried to give Nicole a tip for all her hard work and she refused the money-- I have honestly never come across a business that was run with such kindness and integrity. Our only loss is that we don't live close enough to be regulars.
Randy is the best mechanic hands down! I trust only him when it comes to my vehicles, he will tell you the honest truth when it comes to your vehicle not like those other mechanics that are looking to drain your bank account.
Randy goes above n beyond to make people feel taken care of. Anyone in the area looking for automotive service give him a shot. He also bought the business off a very highly respected automotive master mechanic who ran a great business with a good reputation !
Can’t say enough good things about Randy. We were in the area in the dead of winter and the frigid temperatures caused our throttle to freeze up and our battery to die. Randy made several trips to our Airbnb to replace the battery - his prices were more than fair and the back and forth trips he made were really above and beyond. In a world where it feels like businesses are in it for a quick buck, Randy cared more about building a lasting relationship. An honest, hardworking man - can’t recommend him enough.
Randy and Dan are fantastic! Dan has worked on my car for several years when it was Whitbeck’s. Randy is a great addition. Quality of repair is still top notch with great customer service.
