Had my car towed here back in November. Some cord snapped and I couldn't shift my car out of drive. They fixed the issue as quickly as they could and affordably! They diagnosed the problem without trying to convince me something greater or more expensive was wrong. I'm so grateful they were close by when I needed a good repair. I plan to schedule more general maintenance with them since they were so great! I highly recommend!
Two qualities you want in a garage. Knowledgeable mechanics and HONESTY! I brought an older vehicle in to be serviced. They could have told me something expensive was wrong but they didn't, it turned out to be the least expensive part it could have been. After they looked at it, they quoted me a very fair price over the phone. When they called to let me know the vehicle was ready, they told me the price was actually a little less than they quoted. You can't ask for anymore than that!
Always honest. Many years ago I was In a curb crash with a car. I asked Harbecks to repair a gas line and they refused. They explained the frame of the car had cracked and it was no longer safe to drive. They even allowed me to leave it w them til it could be donated.
Another shop would've just took my money.
I came to them when my next car had a bad gas tank. I was in and out.
What can I say Jim and his other mechanic are two really good honest guys and great mechanics have been great to my family a place you can do business with for years
