Came in Saturday 21 jun in the am to buy RV battery the clerk a female just stared at me didn't say anything like hi can I help you. I asked is this how you guys do it you don't greet people ask an you help she just stared I then said how rude she said iam in uniform. There was an older gentleman at another desk ask if he was manger he said no but the ranking member I said to him they you don't acknowledge customer he said he was busy and not paying attention. The girl was beyond disrespectful. I told them wasn't buying anything there and left. I live in North Carolina and have home in colonie I come back and forth I always go to O Reillys when I need stuff never again. As a business owner myself I would terminate the girls employment immediately. She is a cancer for the business. With so many different auto parts store you can't afford this. Went to Nappa up the street very friendly in an out man carried battery to my truck. No more O Reilly, and I will discourage everyone i know to do the same.
Very helpful staff and went out of there to help to me. My truck belt broke they loan me tools a step ladder and even passed me some cold water. Hard to find a team like this.
Amazing customer service by David the manager there! It's very hard to find good employees with a work ethic worth bragging about. He made my visit easy and worry free. I'd go out of my way to shop at this O'Reilly in the future
The worst customer service I have received. I placed an order for same day delivery that was never sent. The next day I call to try to track the order down and the manager lied and said they don't handle those orders in store the all ship from the warehouse. He gave me another number to call, which I did. The corporate number asked me why I didn't call the store. I told them I did and they told me they don't handle these orders. THERE'S THE LIE. The truth was there was no answer as to why my order never got sent out the day before. Making a customer jump through extra hoops because you don't know the answer to a question is crazy.
Just like all the other stores , this one is awesome. Correction , this one is awesome ×10000. What a lovely , beautiful girl that helped me with my parts and purchase.

I was told they price match but not for a part I ordered from auto zone. The part i wanted was in there store. For 25.00 I'll get another one from AUTO ZONE. You lost a customer for life, 0 stars

This store has GOLD standard customer care. They always go above and beyond expectations every time I pay a visit. Not only that I get everything I need for my car here but the exemplary level of courteous service this store delivers is IMPECCABLE! One of the associates Miss D is an amazing ambassador of this store and she has always imparted great car related needs and guidance with a high degree of professionalism and I do appreciate it.
Good news is this store's location is so well suited for most of the Albany residents' needs.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT buy parts from O'Reilly Auto Parts. Purchased a $300 part from them, when I received it the part was used!!! I then proceeded to return the item the next day. I called ahead of time and spoke with someone who told me I was able to return the part, I went into the store 45mins drive and they argued with me claiming they could not refund anything without the managers consent. I repeatedly requested corporates number and an employee named Daniel insisted on arguing with me instead of fixing the problem or giving me the number I requested. Ended up not returning the part lost $300 and my customer service... I will NEVER order from them again!!!
Staff were great. Manager helped me with online discount on a battery that wouldn't work on my smartphone. They installed the battery no charge! Nice store.
I went in today because I needed some help with a battery purchase and they were seriously GREAT! I am car illiterate and they were SO helpful and patient with me. They took the time to explain things and even helped me to install my batter that I purchased. I would 10/10 recommend and will only be using O’Reilly from now on. They also found the best deal for me and helped me send in rebate for the battery that I purchased. So so nice and helpful so it was overall a great experience!
