Preston was awesome in helping us get our van towed from a tight spot. The flatbed truck he was driving wouldn’t fit in our driveway, so he told us how to arrange for a more appropriate truck, staying for much longer to help us out while knowing that he wouldn’t be towing our vehicle today, all while being so friendly and patient while outside in the dark and cold. Excellent customer service and I am sure I will be contacting them in the future.
Fair pricing. Driver was quick getting to me very friendly. I would use them again my only complaint is that the driver was smoking at drop off point. And tossed the butt on the ground. And the shop owner is very anal smoking on the property.

I wouldn't want my car on one of their trucks. Just watched one of their drivers blow through a red light while flying down Central Ave nearly slammed into a car pulling out of a drive way. The tow truck driver locked up his brakes open up his air horn and gave him the finger while screaming out the window. Somebody really ought to call commercial vehicle enforcement on these guys. I've thinking they could pull up a traffic cam video of how this guy was driving. Look like a bunch of cowboys
Perlman’s was dispatched for me by a third-party roadside assistance company. My car being broken down was the straw that broke the camel’s back in an already very bad week. The driver was so kind and sympathetic as I intermittently sobbed throughout the towing process, all while dealing with a jump start turned tow in 20° weather with an electronic e-brake that didn’t want to shut off and a car that was parked at the wrong angle in a narrow parking lot. Very grateful for the kindness I was shown.
So easy and friendly to work with! I unfortunately found myself needing a tow which often takes hours. Luckily they took only an hour and the guy (wish I got his name) was so friendly and quickly got my car on the road to the mechanic. It was covered by my car insurance so I can’t speak to the price or value but I would definitely seek them out again if I needed a tow.
Mark was a very special you g man help me unlocky car which was very difficult and time consuming her tried for hanging hour but he didn't leave me please let him know how much I greatly appreciate him and the great service that was giving

Dispatcher was very rude, only called to ask them to call me when the driver was near. Waited 4 hours and was told their driver is stuck on another job. So now I am stuck on the side of the road forced to find a new tow, with no sooner updates from Perlman’s, and the shop that would be replacing my tire will be closed by the time a truck can get here. Absolutely garbage service.

After being left on the side of the interstate for 2 hours by a different service provider, Brandon from Perlman arrived promptly and saved me from being alone in the dark.
Brandon is lovely and knowledgeable. As a small woman, he never made me feel inferior or scared. He helped me fill out the overnight drop off form (he even had a notebook for me to lean on to write) AND waited with me until my Uber arrived to take me home.
When your insurance tells your Perlman is on their way, they really mean it!
Oh and did I mention that Brandon’s the best? Because he is!
"I recently had a disappointing experience with perlmans gerage LLC. I called them for a tow, they told me hour and half. Called them after two hours he still told me a hour again.When o ask him ETA same Answer. He was very rude. While the driver was friendly.
I say shame on you to those who write bad reviews about how tow truck drivers drive.....Did you know tow trucks are EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLES!!!! yes, they respond to those accidents EVERY DAY you GOOD DRIVERS (not) seem to get in, especially in those 30 mph speed zones . Did ya know the driver is the one who sweeps up all those shattered plastic parts that come off your car, did ya know tow truck drivers are called out of bed in the middle of the night , did you know tow truck drivers rarely get paid by the hour they work on commission pay, did ya know they have to do alot of calls to make a decent days pay. Do you realize they're the ones who save your daughter or son or grandmother or grandfather when they're broke down.
DID YOU KNOW THE MAJORITY OF DRIVERS DONT "MOVE OVER" , and did you know 1 tow truck driver dies every 6 days in America doing the JOB!!!
So before you go commenting on how a tow truck driver drives , maybe you should think more about the driver than yourself .
And maybe you should get the hell out of their way !!!!!

Please promote this man, give him an award and a raise because his customer service and competency is top notch. He was able to locate my vehicle and deliver speedy towing to my home (arrived way faster than estimated time during a weekend in very cold weather). The world would be better if there were more dedicated working men such as himself.
My sons car got stuck on a boulder (who knows) and Pearlmans was the 3rd tow company to come and try. The driver worked magic using the flatbed to lift the rear of the car to get off rock and shimmy its way back over to the pavement. Courteous and quick to arrive. Thank you!!

They efficiently assisted in retrieving my lady's car from the Nissan dealership, and the cost proved to be quite reasonable when compared to other local tow companies. Awful experience. Requested towing 1 hr and half ago for a 15 min drive, and yet still haven't shown up. It's completely ridiculous.
Initially called the company for an ETA, said 1 HOUR, and then an hour goes by, called again, says SHOULD BE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. 30 minutes later, they dispatch someone at 1 hour and 35 minutes later. Unbelievable and would not recommend.

Really appreciate Perlmans, our sons car was on the side of the road on 787 north of Albany on a Sunday afternoon. I called them and they arrived within 20 minutes. Put the car on the back of their lift truck and dropped it off at the shop for repair. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a tow.
Complete reckless driving. I’d give 0 stars if possible. One of their flatbed trucks was weaving through traffic, incredibly dangerous considering the size of these trucks. They then proceeded to speed right through a red light. I would not trust them to be towing my vehicle, they nearly caused an accident which would only further damage one’s car being hauled.
Super fast response, very polite both oj the phone and in person, towed to my exact location needed. Did I mention fast? Loaded the car in a blink. Amazing
