Chandler went above and beyond after we contacted hertz for roadside assistance, he not only updated us promptly on his ETA and freed our car, but he also checked on the tire pressure and made sure the PSI was normal before he left, and after we discovered that one of the tires had a leakage, he gave us advice over the phone and followed up afterwards to make sure we’re fine.
I had the pleasure of having to deal with Emma and Dylan to rescue my car that needed to be towed to get a brand new interlock system in it. Dylan was right on time, super polite, and went above and beyond to get a non-working car into a tough spot to wait to be fixed. I wouldn't call any other company if I was in a jam.
Dylan went well above and beyond anything I coukd have asked for. After being stranded in a dead EV for 10hrs with other riadsude co panies coming out to try to help, he came out for what should have been a routine jump and stayed to make sure that not only my 12v battery was good but did everything possible to help get my EV main battery charging too. I couldn't recommend them more.
I contacted Capital District Towing just before the recent snow storm to assist with the removal of a truck left for several days in a commercial parking lot. I worked with Eddie, who was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. Given the short notice and the timing of the storm, Eddie gave a precise timeframe and kept true to his word. All documentation was emailed shortly after for our records. We very much appreciated their help.
This was the first time I used Capital Towing. I called Tim for a last minute transport after a trailer issue messed up my plans to move a special purpose trike my father. Tim immediately eased my mind, telling me he could make the weekend transport happen at a very fair and honest price.

Mark saved my day after I flew into Albany only to find my car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get the hood of my car to open. I had tried calling other service centers but they wouldn’t come out as I was parked in a parking garage.
Mark showed up in a very reasonable amount of time and was extremely friendly immediately putting me in a better mood. He had my hood open and car running in a very short amount of time.
Only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner and had wasted time calling around to find someone willing to come out (at 3:30pm on a Thursday no less).

Mark did an amazing job recovering my work van. Quickly showed up on scene and got the van loaded in a timely manner. Very respectful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend for any roadside needs.
Amazing service through every step, the lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful as well as my tow truck driver chandler, he was quite a lad very funny but also serious and helpful. His rig was also very clean and he handled my car with care.

Dylan came to fix my flat tire or give me a tow. It was late at night. He fought years of rust to finally free my spare from under my car, got them changed and got me on my way. As bad as that spare was stuck there he could've just said it had to be towed and cashed in for the night . But he didn't. He saw it through and worked long and hard untill he got it free. My children and I are very grateful and we made it home safe ! THANK YOU!
Eddie was amazing! He recently helped me when I lost the keys to my rental car, and I couldn't have asked for better service. He got to my location so fast (10-15 min) after my talk with roadside assistance even though they had quoted me an hour, and he was very quick with the unlocking and towing of the vehicle as well. He was very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!
