My car broke down about 2 miles from my mechanic. The booking service was clear and efficient. My towing serviceman Chandler arrived earlier than I expected and worked very efficiently with a friendly attitude. 5/5 dude
The vehicle was in a tough spot to be towed, but the driver (Mark )got the truck out of the garage with no problem and had a great attitude the entire time.

Eddie was the best-went above and beyond and took the time to make sure my vehicle was safely loaded and transported to the garage, and showed me things I didn’t know about the car. The scheduling was quick and efficient, and it was a good price, which was accurately quoted over the phone before the service. I cannot say enough about how amazing Chandler is at his job. Everything was done so quickly, and the secretary was flexible with my scheduling needs. Chandler is unlike anyone I have ever dealt with for tows or repairs. So kind and understanding, will crack a couple jokes with you, and works without any complaints during a heat wave in 100° weather. Give this man a raise!
My old car has been having problems, and luckily i google stumbled onto this towing company! I have been so happy with their instant, local call response, quick arrival and personable, caring, professional, highly skilled workers. Capital Towing arrived in less than 10 min!! After waiting almost 90 minutes for another company that was quite a refreshing change! My first time needing roadside assistance happened tonight. I had a flat during evening rush hour on I90 a few miles outside Albany. I called Capital District Towing and they sent two trucks less than 30 minutes after my call. Eddie and Chandler were professional, quick and made me feel safe. They place one truck in front of my car and another one behind. After changing out the tire, both trucks helped me navigate into busy traffic. Very appreciative of their help. Would recommend them.
Chandler was great to work with. He knew how to get my jeep into neutral with it not running, which is something I didn’t even know. Super friendly and easygoing. Got my Jeep on the wrecker quick and easy. Even took time to explain a few things I didn’t know about hook points. Would highly recommend him and this company to anyone needing towing service.
